New C4C application Manager
I recently become my business lines C4C application manager and found they had a basic, out of the box C4C setup. I worked for a different business line in which they had every update and several customizations built into the application so you describe as changing a Ferrari to a Chevy Aveo. Part of my continuous improvement was to setup KeyTest accounts and this article was a big help as I have not done this before. Very informative and simple to follow.
