Parts arrived exactly as advertised. Appreciate that - 1 already installed and working perfectly! Delivery was a few days late but that's ok since it was international travel. Was also delayed since courier charge had to be paid first... Any way to have it paid or invoiced so as no delay sitting there in a truck or bin? Like some other couriers!! I know.. another cost and some may even refuse to pay.. so contact credit agency... won't happen again.. So far so good. Will consider buying more from FridayParts instead of US suppliers. Respected Chinese advancements in almost every way. Xie xie!

Good service

This is a mixed bag review. There was some good and bad. First off, the bad. The part didn't fit my vehicle because the actuator rod length was too short. The mounting bolts supplied were soft metal and stripped when I went to tighten them. The e-clip was too difficult to press on. The position sensor was built into the housing rather than OEM free floating. But the actuator arrived on time. I cut and threaded the new and old rods and joined them with a coupling nut. I reused the original bolts. The best thing is that after repeatedly adjusting the rod length THE DARN THING WORKED Perfectly! No adaptation was necessary and all the engine and EPC lights are off. And it only cost $100, while the VW dealership wanted $800 for the part but would only sell it as part of a $4000 complete turbo assembly, and the VW mechanic estimated $7000 to repair the turbo. So basically I spent three days mangling my hands under the hood of my 2017 Wolfsburg and saved $6900 so yeah, all is forgiven.

Excellent and fast service

I had ordered a part for my car from another company because it was a little cheaper. The part did not arrive within the promised shipping window of 2 weeks or so. I did eventually get a refund. I the ordered the same part from FridayParts Canada and it came in about 1 week, very securely packaged and my mechanic told me the part fit perfectly.

Speed of delivery of the right part and the customer service was amazing

There was a mishap with my order by act of god, however Friday parts was very quick to solve the issue and make sure I was highly satisfied. Will use again!!

The part I bought was advertised as being for my year, make model and engine, but when it shipped, it did not even have a part # on the side so I could not determine if it was the right one, and when I swapped it in, it was more broken than the already broken part I had in my car. It would not even indicate what gear I was in. I would not buy again, and now I have to navigate the return process.

FridayParts is an incredible company - I bought a cylinder head for a John Deere skidsteer, but the one i ordered wasnt correct. After contacting them, their engineers special ordered the correct part, plus Injectors with free fast shipping - a lifesaver!
