This company is a scam.
I have requested for full refund for the transaction. As per their policy they will full give refund within 14 days received and unopened package.
But they refused to give me full refund instead offering to keep the product and refund from 20% to 50%.
Which I refused, they don’t follow their own policy.
Reason I returned it:
1. From the beginning they did not sent confirmation emails.
2. They sent the product the day after I email them, if I don’t email them, they might never send the products.
3. The product, the fish snacks,I received smells rotten even without open the package, from my sense it’s not edible to eat.
4. The product not as described, it should contain 150 fishes perpackage. Because the packages are see through, I can count that it less than 50 fishes. Mentioned it’s Canadian product, but it’s from China.
5. Until now since 4 February I keep emailing back and forwarding for refund, but they insisted only give partial refund.
Never buy from this company, it’s fraud.
