Awesome products, deals, prices, shipping times...

The product is great. So I started buying regularly. Very slow shipping. ( 4 weeks + everytime) to Canada .Now it's out of stock and my order was not complete. Still waiting for what I paid for.
I get regular codes which is good. So I decided to buy some apparel. One item was dirty , but in a bag so not sure how that happened? Not happy with the Custom charges. I get items shipped all the time from out of the country with no custom fees.I don't want the hassle to return, but I think I will be looking for a company in North America for my needs in the future.Hope my outstanding order of protein comes soon. If they can fix the issues on inventory and delivery, shipment times I may consider still using this company.

Very very good stuff

I found the plain protein not a good flavour, so I mixed it with my “Cookies and Cream” protein and it became palatable. Otherwise everything is good to go.

misleading shipping info - I'm in Canada - the site lists "Canada" all over the place, including offering expedited 2 day shipping, makes it look like it's all within the country, but the clothing comes from Europe (impossible to receive that quickly). They let you pay $8 for 2 day shipping, then you get an email saying it'll ship in 3 weeks. Luckily they refunded after I asked. Then the clothing got lost in Europe for a few weeks, finally arrived a month after I ordered and doesn't fit. The pants have zero room in the back, pulling the waist down, but the front is baggy enough to be maternity pants, almost like they're sewn backwards - I tried them on backwards and they don't fit that way either. The return procedure forwards you to a page that offers drop down lists and FAQs to try to resolve things, but no option for simply "doesn't fit" - finally got on chat, gave all of my info (including address) and was offered a free returns form (great!) finally figured out how to get onto that website - and find out IT DOESN'T APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. So you are stuck with paying to courier the stuff all the way back to Europe. So basically not worth the cost of shipping. If I would've known there'd be international shipping involved I would NOT have ordered and began this nightmare in the first place. When I asked the chat support how I could have known the items would be overseas they just said "it depends on the item" and would not answer. They also refused to answer where the chat support or anything else was located - they just repeat "we are BASED out of the UK". Like they don't want you to know that there will be all of the usual international delays and hoops to jump through. A consumer should be fully aware of where an item is coming from BECAUSE of the potential of dealing with a return, especially when the company claims to be so return friendly.

I paid 25$ (with a discount) for 2lbs of brown rice protein wich is the best protein I've tasted yet.

I’m a track athlete and I’ve used their protein for awhile now. Excellent in recovery and there’s lots of flavours too so you can change it up. My favourite product is the whey vanilla protein. I add it to everything: shakes to smoothie bowls to coffee.
Highly recommend!!

Just a day after I bought , there was additional discount.
Its sad, there should be a price match or something for 30 days.

Impact Whey is always great. Love the taste and ease of mixing.

The chocolate layered layered protein bars seemed stale. The chocolate was turning white and cracked off the bar.

Shipping timer to Canada could also be improved. My last order took almost 2 weeks.
