Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.
Sign up for the 10% discount but keep getting the email telling me I have the discount but no code.
Contact them via chat and they keep telling me the code will be applied at checkout to regular priced items, guess what, nope!
After going back and forth 8 times, I just gave up.
I don't think they actually give the 10%.
It was just the principal for me, promise something, deliver it, otherwise you can't be trusted.
They also promise 15% off bracelets with two charms, nope! tried different bracelets, none worked, scammers, not to be trusted.

Horrible delivery I ordered a bracelet…

Horrible delivery I ordered a bracelet almost three weeks ago and the delivery date gets pushed back constantly . I’ve been given three different expected delivery dates each getting further and further
Get control of your delivery you’re a million dollar business.
I dont think I’ll be ordering again this is horrible
