Don’t give you what you paid for

Ordered Thumb rest, ambidextrous slide and a red laser for the MCk P320 I got for Christmas from my wife. Fisrst when placing the order they told my wife it would accept a supresser as it was a gen 2. Nope it’s a gen 1 with slight upgrade but still not able to accept a can. I decided to keep it as my wife tried and was lied to so I ordered the thumbrest, ambidextrous slide and the red laser. When my package arrived the thumbs rest was fine , the slide still only had 1 pull point on the left side and the laser was not sent. Emailed them and have heard nothing in a week. Got a canned survey which I honestly gave them a 1 and just like a previous poster realized that the company doing the survey only forward or posts 5 star reviews. Luckily both purchases were put on a b of a card and they are real good about protecting their customers from frauds like this outfit. Stay far far away.

CAA ROCKS!! 🔥

This is an honest review. I have made multiple purchases from CAA, multiple conversions. They have always been in touch with me from the moment i made the purchase, until the very end. Shipping has been fast. Yes most of it is plastic, however the quality and workmanship of the product is phenomenal! I am impressed at how the whole set up comes together. The deals they have going on always are amazing! I recommend grabbing anything from CAA as their products are amazing. I am a well happy customer and i will be back for more!

Bad Company

I bought an accessory that was supposed to be compatible with my firearm. After receiving and testing the accessory, I found that it was defective/incompatible. CAA did nothing to resolve the issue with the product they sold me, customer service was dismissive of my concerns, they simply said that the product passed QC and that they do not accept returns. Meanwhile, I cant shoot my pistol even ONCE without it jamming. Now Im stuck with a $270 piece of garbage that CAA sold me and Im pretty pissed off about the whole situation. Beware that the product reviews on their website are not real because the 1 star review I posted months ago never populated. After being dismissed by CAA in the manner that I was, I have no other recourse than to post negative reviews about them on every single platform I can find on the internet. I will do this 270 times, one bad review for every dollar they stole from me.
