Very disappointed at the lack of gluten…

Very disappointed at the lack of gluten free options at the O2 arena restaurant. Really overpriced limited options. Had two tiny flat iron steak tacos which cost £15. When I complained it was cold (after the first bite, the waitress brought two more to replace the first plate commenting ‘here’s your extra hot tacos!’ Thought the customer service was lacklustre to say the least. The only carb side offered was rice. Fries were not gluten free. If you are coeliac, it’s not value for money. One positive- the gf cheesecake ( without a biscuit base) was nice. Won’t be back based on that though!

Awful

Awful. Went to the Westfield Stratford branch - terrible service, terrible food (was sick that night), extortionate prices. Basically finished my meal before my boyfriends was even served, then later threw it up and paid £70 including a mandatory 12.5% service charge for the pleasure of it.

Visited the North Greenwich venue

Visited the North Greenwich venue. Hostess wasn't too welcoming and initially sent us back to the end of the queue despite us having a booking for that time. Food was really good, but the welcome could be a lot better, brought the mood down.

Disrespectful business

Disrespectful business! The central London branch is supposed to close at 8pm but some Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights they have parties in the evening. The music disturbs local residents (flats are 2 meters away from the restaurant), guest loiter outside until midnight at times and unfortunately there have been instances in which residents have smelt weed. very classy…

Maximum Profit - Poor Portions

I would score this nil if I could. 12.5 service charge for a meal consisting of 3 tiny lumps of grissle of chicken on a skewer. Staff did ask if the foods was enjoyable but we were economical with the truth to save their embarrassment.

Stratford - Great food but poor service

The food was very good but the service wasn't. Not very welcoming. We had to ask twice for cutlery after the starter. Out of about seven deserts they only had two of them. Whilst I was still enjoying churros the waitress asked if she could take our plates away. I was still eating! They charged 12.5% for service which I paid as I couldn't see how to take it off apart from asking.

Our Granddaughter had to leave her food

Our Granddaughter had to leave her food due to Cabana Brazil employee getting her food order wrong and not having enough time to eat the correct meal when it arrived due to having to go to her concert.
They then had the cheek to charge us a service charge of £24:34p.
The food order was incorrect when it came out from there Kitchen and the Quality of some of the food was not good either, burnt and dried out.
I then complained and managed to get our money for the service charge back, but nothing else after sending various emails. Very poor service and food Quality

Waste of money and time

Waste of money and time. Food does not taste like Brazilian cuisine. Salad was frozen very badly presented, looked disgusting, chicken balls were terrible as well.

Most expensive dinner ever as I didn't eat it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Went for dinner and drinks with a friend. We were attracted by the bold colours and thought we’d give it a try. When we entered staff were just lounging about not working. Nobody greeted us and we had to walk aimlessly not knowing wether to sit down and order or go to the counter and wait to be seated. We found an area that wasn’t poorly lit and didn’t have plates all over the table and sat down only to be told we’d have to move as that area was reserved. We sat at a dirty table and waited, nobody came to say anything. I had to flag down a waitress who was gossiping with her friend to clean our table and take our order. I was served stale fries and i had to ask for fresh ones. The chicken was okay. Our food cane out at different times so i was left without food for 15 minutes whilst my friend ate. We asked for the menu and they had he cheek to add a service charge when there was zero service. I asked for the service charge to be removed at the manager gave me a lot of attitude and i heard the staff complaining about the fact i didn’t want to pay the service charge. I think the restaurant has potential but they need new staff that actually want to work

Tasty food and lovely staff

Regularly go to the corn exchange branch and love it here! The guava cue chicken skewer is delicious. As a vegetarian option the cauliflower curry is also amazing. Always had excellent service and as a cabana club member I use a lot of the deals on there to keep the price down a bit. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews on here because I've always been extremely satisfied with portion size, flavour and customer service. Also 50% off in January so I would definitely recommend!

MOST AMAZING SALMON AND PRAWN CURRY I HAVE EVER HAD!

Went to Cabana at the O2 on saturday, it was amazing, such bright colours all over the building, everything was just so funky and made you feel good!!! I had the salmon and prawn curry and OMG i think it was the most amazing curry I have ever had, I have already googled and found that there is one close to me in Southampton and I will be going there next time we go for a meal and 100% having the curry again! My son had the childs meal burger and dirty fries which I had a taste and were also lush!!! My dinner did come a bit late but the waitress kept coming over to let me know and gave us some discount which was really sweet of her..

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I went there for their Valentine’s Day offers and the place was quite empty which should have signalled how terrible it was. I asked for a table for two and bearing in mind that the place was virtually empty, they decided to place us right next to a group of about 15 teenagers whom were loud and staring at us. Of course we had to request to move but the seats they gave afterwards were still terrible. Now for the food. One word. Overpriced. Bearing in mind that this was a deal for Valentine’s Day, I paid £19 for 3 courses. The first course consisted of about 6 wings which tasted terrible. The second course was a burger which was even worse. I couldn’t eat anymore after 3 bites because it was absolutely sickening. Looking at the grill they used to make the burger, it was clear that they only cleaned it at the end of every day. Also, I ordered a drink. It said Coca Cola and it was £2.60. They gave me a glass of coke and after finishing it, I asked if there were refills to which they said no. So I ordered ginger beer and unsurprisingly, they gave me a can of ginger beer which is usually 50-60p but I had to pay £2.60 for it. That is totally unacceptable. Further more, when it came to paying, I examined the receipt and saw extra charges labelled “service charge”. When I asked what this was, I was told that it was a tip. Now, after all of these terrible experiences, they tried to tip themselves. I will never visit them again. If I could rate this negative stars, I will because this is really unacceptable. I wasted Valentine’s Day on them when I could have gone somewhere else. I am truely angered and would not recommend that anyone goes there.

O2 Branch ... Disappointing

My friend and I went for dinner at the O2 branch. We had already been to the one in Islington and quite liked it. However, for the O2 branch, it was obvious that the endless number of customers has been very well taken for granted. So there is a significant compromise in the quality and the size of the food. For the starter we had tortilla chips and guacamole (Literally 8 chips where you can have as many chips as you want in the Islington one ) and Grilled Haloumi (Six very tiny strips for more than £6, where the whole portion did not mount to a half of a retail pack).
For the main course, we ordered burgers. Again visibly smaller than the burger you would expect in a restaurant, cold and very very untasty. After the main, we simply decided to leave.
I am afraid this was an overall a very disappointing experience for both of us.
it would be unfair not to mention that David (the waiter) was really nice and friendly.
