The cab was late by more than 40min
The cab was late by more than 40min. Every time i called in they put !e on hold and said that the sriver will be in 5min, after that they stated that there was an excident and later we found out that he had other customera before.
I will recomend my friend not to use this.

I have just asked the driver if he tries to charge extra to those passengers and he said that he asked them to pay AIRPORT CAR PARKING £3.80 and when driver contacted the office about the car park, he was told that car park is already included so he should not ask them at all. He did not take any cash from them. We are very strict about charging extra as it's totally unacceptable on drivers part and company never tolerates this kind of behaviour.
