Their drivers always wait away from you someplace and starts the so called free 2 minute wait that runs into a 7-8 minute wait which will cost as much as your ride. You end up paying for more rides then you ever take. Waste time endlessly and be nothing but aggravated.

Waste of time , tried to use this app on 3 occasions in Benidorm, it doesn’t work, save your money get a normal taxi, it’s cheaper and quicker, I wouldn’t recommend Cabify to anyone

Driver stopped and told us to walk to our hotel since it would take him an additional 20 minutes to get through the traffic, Cabify would not give partial refund for partial ride.

I booked a taxi from Seville to the airport, they charged much more than the quoted price for hidden extras such as a child’s seat and high demand! They also charged nearly €5 extra for waiting time…but the driver didn’t wait, we were outside waiting for him for nearly 5 mins! I contacted customer service who just say sorry and repeat the same thing each time…they put a €3 credit on my account to be used within 6 months…but I live in the UK so it’s useless! I will never use them again!

I made advance reservation for cabify on 28 July for 8am on 29 July from 92 Passeig maritime Sitges to Reus airport. I was allocated a driver on 28 July, Julio Manuel. On 29 July, 5 min before 8 am I was told by cabify support team that the driver is no longer available and I will need to find another driver. It was so late I was going to miss my flight to London. I did book in advance exactly so I can be sure there will be a driver to pick me up at 8am. I am extremely disappointed with cabify, this is the first time I tried to use them and will never use them again. It is crucial for taxis to be on time, especially when booked in advance!

I booked a Cabify ride with a fixed price of around €21. When the ride ended, I was charged €24.82, including unexpected fees for “high demand” and “waiting time” that were never disclosed during the booking.

I got into the car 2 minutes after the scheduled time, which is still within their grace period, yet they still added a waiting fee. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they just kept repeating the same message without actually reviewing my case.

Lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I feel misled, and I won’t be using Cabify again. I’m sharing this publicly so others are aware before trusting this platform.

All sorts of charges added to my account. I took 2 journeys and was charged 5 times. One of the charges was for twice the quoted price.

I've been charged without using their service, trip was canceled and they said they're not going to issue the refund

Four ladies ordered a cabify from Barcelona out to Rubi. Pick up was 1 am. Driver arrived promptly. The journey was set to take 40 minutes. It soon became obvious that there was a problem with the car. Two kilometres from our destination the car failed completely. Despite the drivers best efforts no replacement car was sent. We were forced to walk the final 2km in the dark in an unfamiliar area. Arrived back 4am. Totally unacceptable for 4 ladies to be abandoned like this. Do not use this service.

It's a long story. We booked a taxi for 00.15 hrs 6th July from rcde stadium. Driver text me to say he was 5 minutes away. I was tracking him on the app. He said he could not see us, (he wasn't even near the pick up point),at that time, Half hour later,still nothing I could no longer track the app, so I called him. He said that the traffic was very bad, and he would send a colleague to collect us. ..what???, so I said you have to pick us up. Anyway, ended the call, after more time, I saw 17 on registration, I ran to the car, because of traffic not moving. I banged on the window and said its me Denise. He looked shocked, I called my friend over and said he is here. She opened the back door, and there were 2 people in the back seat !!!!!! I went mad, he was going to leave us and picked up some other people. Eventually they left the taxi and we got home, by 1.45am. He kept apologising but that is not the way. I was charged for this automatically, and what, was he going to get cash from the other people???, and leave 2 women stranded in Barcelona and 1am... I think I should have a credit for the inconvenience caused. Why did he tell me he couldn't see us, when he wasn't even at the pick up point?, then said he would send a colleague, that would not have happened. If I hadn't seen that number plate, no wonder he looked shocked,he thought he gotten away with fraud..
They have offered €10 credit to my account for next time!!!!! What a insult. They won't pay back into my bank.
I would never use this company again, what if that was 2 younger girls waiting. We are older, but still concerning that you may be stranded in the middle of nowhere at 1am

Price increased by 50% after the drive. Part of it was the waiting charge because we didn't get there on time (we couldn't find the place). But the driver wasn't actually waiting. He left after 5 minutes and then we had to wait for him. Then there was a service charge, an airport charge and a "high demand" charge. None of it mentioned in the app.

Within hours of my first cabify ride I started getting “test” charges through their native app, not visible on the app itself self but being charged through Cabify. 2-3 small $.18-$1.50 charges and then the big fraudulent charges started rolling in from online stores. Over $1700 in 72 hours. I was traveling so I wasn’t checking until I got a fraud alert from my bank. Be weary of their janky app and useless security.

Cabify is awful particularly in Barcelona. Their customer service for resolution is the worst. Just had an awful experience and they charged me for a service unfairly and were not willing to take any accountability. Dont use them. Use other services for sure.

Third time in a row I make a reservation for an early pickup for airport and they don’t designate driver. You end up paying more and getting late to your flight. Cabify in Spain is a disgrace, do not trust them

Don’t use them. I reserved them for transport from the Barcelona airport. The driver couldn’t help me with locating his taxi. When I was minutes from reaching him, he cancelled the ride. They still charged me the baseline fare of 50 euros. I contacted the company through the app and no refund after being cancelled on.

Driver was rude and threw out luggage in the vehicle. He also charged for a waiting fee even though we were already outside standing in front of the hotel. Please don't use them in Barcelona. Just order a taxi or try Welcome Pickups.

All over ZERO for all aspects of the cabify product: Unreliable APP, generally dirty cars, no price transparency, not good enough drivers, bad communications, bad customer service - overall perception ZERO ZERO ZERO. Any ride in a normal public taxi, always, is better, cleaner, more honest, less conflictive.

I would give zero if I could. Booked taxi which said 10mins away. Then went to 17 mins away. Then drove past us whilst we were stood there with our cases waving at him. He had to stop at a red light I went and knocked on window, gave him our surname and location to which he looked blank and drove off. Husband was tracking vehicle in app so he went over to where he was sat at more traffic lights. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to get back to our pick up point due to one way systems. The last part of our holiday was spoilt by their incompetence and delayed our arrival at the airport by an hour making it rushed and stressful. They then overcharged us from the price quoted and you are unable to contact them. We will never use this company again
