Mike (Cabincare) is just the very, very best and could not have gone more out of his way to make my wife and me happy.
He completely juggled his timetable in order to accommodate us, and the job he’s done on our decking…well, it’s immaculate.
My wife and I now do not want to put any furniture on it because we want visitors to see the decking in its entirety!
Mike works intensely and, as a side note, is also a pleasure to have around.

Can’t recommend highly enough if you have a log cabin or chalet!
From maintenance to repair Mike does a great job.

Mike has consistently provided a great service, with everything from ongoing and pro active preventative maitainence through to completely overhauling one of our lodges. Cabincare are a first class company and although not the cheapest option, if you are looking for a company that take care of everything and deliver to an exceptional standard they get my highest recommendation.

Mike & Luke were reliable,prompt,and impressively hard working. They’ve had considerable experience with
Norwegian Log Lodges and can be recommended with confidence. Job well done.

Mike and Luke returned to us once more this year to replace the veranda and complete the staining on two of the walls ...for once the weather was kind but the job turned out to be much more involved than first thought as much of the timber and posts were rotten .They cheerfully set about the extra task working late into the evenings with very little break and the results are , stunning ...we now have a straight veranda ! Many thanks to both of you for your expertise and care ,very much appreciated by us both .Dot and Steve .

We have been experiencing expansion problems since we bought the log cabin 3 years ago. We have searched many times for a company to solve the problems but to no avail. However, this time CabinCare came up in the search and we are very pleased they did. Mike and Luke have done a great job.

Having called every so called expert in the area, we called The Cabin Care Specialists and so pleased we did, within 5 minutes of Mike being here, he spotted that the cause of our separating and warped cabin was due to a crucial 15mm gap not being left around the top of each window and door frame. Mike removed a piece of trim which proved his suspicion, he was absolutely correct.

Everyone else was telling us to jack the cabin up which would have resulted in the cabin eventually self destructing.

As our carpenter worked around each window and door frame, the cabin miraculously started creaking back into place.

There is only one true expert in anything cabin and that is Mike and his team @ Cabincare.

I had been given a quote of over £3,000 to unnecessarily underpin our cabin, Mikes onsite visit, inspection and expert advise was under £300. Before you talk to the so called local expert, call Cabincare, can't really say any more than that.

Always does a good job, turns up on time and does what he says he's going to do. Very reliable.

I have used Cabincare for nearly ten years and have always been impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I am one of those homeowners who believes that regular maintenance and care protects you from problems further down the road. Cabincare annual maintenance programme suits me perfectly and their advice on preventative maintenance is always thoughtful and considered.

Mike and Luke have yet again done a very professional job with the re staining and maintenance of my lodge. I have always been delighted with their work. They are very knowledgeable about everything to do with the lodges and are very reliable, always doing an excellent job.

We have owned the Log Cabin for over 10 years but only met Mike and Luke very recently . Because of their quidance now have a much better understanding of the potential issues which were explained in a very easy manner so that we could fully understand .
Our 2 neighbours also conveyed a similar appreciation .
Will obviously keep in contact with them for future work .
