Rev-a-Shelf pull out double container…

The pull out double container Rev-a-Shelf came within a reasonable time and appears of good quality. I am replacing an old one which had the sliders on the side, which is what came apart. (Note, old unit was placed in the 1970s! Would love the new one to last that long!) I like that the sliders for the new unit are on the bottom, which shoukd be more stable. I may have missed it when ordering, but I need the door mounting kit also, which comes separately. Now I am ordering that, but overall I am happy with it.

We were very happy to find this…free swinging hinge

We were very happy to find this supplier for a free swinging hinge for our bathroom cabinet door. Couldn't find anything that would work at our local big box hardware stores, or even the small local stores. The price was reasonable and shipping was extremely fast.

Worst customer support.

Customer support for this company is total garbage. They don't cancel orders, what seems like on purpose and when you have questions, they completely disregard them. You call back and tell them you want someone to call and explain and they just don't. Screw this place, don't buy here.

I must just be the unlucky person who…

I must just be the unlucky person who receives terrible customer service twice!!! I ordered an accessory online and everything went through fine. I’m awaiting the parts only to receive a email 4-5 days later saying the order wasn’t processed due to some type of fraud verification on the cabinet company’s end. I called and expressed why couldn’t I have received a phone call? I’m waiting on parts that aren’t coming!!!! They didn’t care at all! No attempt to make things right. So still needed the accessories so I have my customer order directly from the website again, once again everything went through fine for my customer! Received confirmation by email or the order, 3-4 weeks deliver. 3 weeks later wondering where parts are and I have customer call only to find out Cabinetparts.com has absolutely 100% no record at all of the order!!! So still no solution from Cabinetparts.com to rectify things IE overnight shipping etc! Nothing so once again still not cabinet parts coming!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD!!!!!!!

Ordered a kit to add roll outs to a…

Ordered a kit to add roll outs to a pantry closet. Easy install and everything fit together perfectly. The ask for measurements was very clear on the web site. I did have shipping damage and contacted customer service. They were great to deal with and sent replacement parts very quickly. Great overall experience with the product and the company!

Howdy
I have been working with CabinetParts for the past year, generating two orders for under and above cabinets lighting. The first time Nicholas was a tremendous assistance. He was knowledgeable and very personable in providing this amateur with understandable instructions.
The next time it was Frank who last week did the same as Nicholas did. He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable in assisting me with getting the correct items to complete my project.

Willing To Go The Extra Mile

I appreciate the time/effort the service representative went through to help me identify the hinges I needed to replace broken ones. There were many back and forth emails until we dialed in exactly what I needed and every question I had was answered in a timely manner. I appreciate that level of service.

The worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever!! Do buiness with anybody else, please. Combative and gives no information about orders. Wont cancel and wont give you any information about shipping , Really the worst company to deal with. You'll reget placing your order if you have to talk to customer service

I am very pleased with this company

I am very pleased with this company. I had ordered the same hardware items from another company, a big brand name, and they were shipped by mistake to Nevada (I am in Virginia). After five days they had not shipped it again to me so I turned to Cabinet Parts and received the hardware the next day! Awesome service.

All Business Should Work Like This!

Like me, our home has gotten much older, and some things don’t ’work right’ any more. In this case, several of the hinges on our kitchen cabinet doors began to malfunction, so I sought replacements (the hinges we have are no longer manufactured). In searching the Net, I came across CabinetParts. From their site I learned how to select the correct replacement hinge for our situation, and how to measure and install, ….and they go to great lengths to help the buyer accomplish just that. I certainly want to note that their ‘Customer Service’ is extremely personable and helpful.

Easiest website order form on the web!

What made my experience great is how easy the website was to order what I wanted!! That alone would be worth playing extra compared to others. I received exactly what I ordered. I requested custom size, to go around my door and my door hinge, so I needed to use my own dimensions, this was easy and using their formula to put it inside of a standard cabinet would have been even easier. Very professional quality. All parts included. The only thing that could have improved my order is if they gave it to me for free or installed it for me!

The ordering is easy and quick to arrive. My only complaint is , supposedly, I am to receive a Veteran’s discount. Or GovX which streamlines the experience. When I do have time to call and speak with someone it is always a pleasant experience .

Can’t trust this company.

I ordered a replacement 2 piece hinge as it was said to be in stock. I received half the hinge, then looked to see where the other half is and my order said it would be two month. I wait a month and a half to then receive a message saying they refunded for the piece I’m missing. Horrible communication! They let me down. Can’t trust this seller.
