Ordered online. Quantity not correct so I quickly did a chat to try to increase but could not so my $3.00 (4) drawer slides cost me $50. No way to increase order with out paying $25 shipping again. Most expensive slides ever.

I will not be using these guys again.

Got the parts quickly. Great hardware and easy to install.

I had a question and in less than a day I got a well thought out response which cleared up any confusion I had.
When my order showed up, everything was accounted for and shipped in a timely manner.

Be very careful about the return policy some items it’ll say and regular font down the very bottom under other important info and just say final sale no returns. No bold lettering, nothing to catch the eye.

Shipment arrived in excellent shape, and parts are solid. However, a few notes to pass on:
1. The template had 2 sides, and it wasn't obvious which side to use
2. The brackets which fasten to the door were a little wider than the door, and I had to fasten the brackets on the other side of the side rails to bring them in a little so they wouldn't be visible (this situation was not addressed)
3. Screws provided to fasten the door were too small, so I had to use larger screens
4. Drill bits were recommended to be 1/8" to drill screw holes, but this would have been too big and cause screws to be loose
**Without prior experience, the project would not have turned out well. The instructions need to be updated/enhanced**

I emailed a picture of my broken hinge and received an email back with the replacement hinge that I needed to order. Ordered the replacement hinge, installed it and it fit perfectly. Would definitely do business with Caninetparts.com again.

It’s been 9 days and my order is still not delivered. I tried to give business to other than Amazon, but 9 days is just too long.

I ordered a part because I needed it to complete a project and when I called in they said they had the stock and I would receive it 10 days. It took 7 weeks to get it and every time I opened my email it was backordered. Why tell me you have the stock then give me multiple back order emails! My customer was pissed and I ended up having to eat the cost to keep my client from giving me a poor review. Not happy!!

You’ve got to be kidding. 3 weeks! It took 3 weeks to come today, and was sent by a third party. I ordered other hinges from another company when I found out I wouldn’t receive these until after I received theirs and they were ordered over a week after these. The project is done and gone. Now I know where to get good service. CabinetParts- never again.

Great high quality drawer boxes and slides. However, if you are a novice, you need to understand what you are buying and how they need to be installed. I ordered 2 drawer boxes to replace the cheap ones that came with some builder grade kitchen base cabinets that I bought not know that I would have to also "build up" the area where the slides install to the cabinet. Make sure to ask questions to the support staff until you are fully satisfied that you are buying the correct stuff.

The product is great. The assembly instructions were a 2 star. If I did not have a mechanical background, installing it would have been very unpleasant. I did measure my cabinet per the instructions but when I went to put my garbage can in it was a 1/4 to tall. I ended up cutting about 2 inches off the top of the garbage can. Installing the door front also was not the easiest but the product was a 5 star the items I listed was the reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

For basic hardware, they're fine.

For custom drawers, look elsewhere. They sent me the components of a drawer which do not fit together (the drawer bottom was too thick for the routed slot). They refused to provide any service for it and told me because it's custom-made, they can't offer any support.

I ordered 10 drawer glides. They arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I have ordered parts before from CabinetParts and have always been happy with the products and service.

Ordered parts online. Receipt showed shipping to my house. Parts overdue a day or so and FedEx calls asking about the address. Sent to wrong address. Call customer service to get it changed.
They won't call FedEx
They won't reship.
They wont refund and recall.
Customer service can't fix it, all they can do is write a ticket that will get fixed later.
Sometime.
By someone.
Never again from this vendor.

The items I wanted to purchase was pricey and to have thew logo removed it would of cost $12.95 per drawer times 6 drawers! That is just simply not fair!

The tilt out drawer arrived quickly. It was to replace a broken drawer. Installation required a variety of small tools due to the tight space, and some new holes to be drilled but installation went smoothly. The new unit has superior mounting brackets and a wider drawer, so an upgrade all around. Highly recommended.

I was so hoping to find a match when replacing my cabinet door latches. The doors are inset with a block in place to attach the latch. It's a small block with little room to drill additional holes. Within minutes of searching the CatinietParts site: I learned how to correctly measure the existing latch; discovered that I could send pictures of the latch; and at their request, using chat or email, to further aid the search by sending two pictures and along with the measurements. In a few minutes, they provided links to four latches via email. I selected one that looked right. The box arrived two days later. I was thrilled that it was a 100% match. Perfect fit!
