Fantastic customer service!
I had started looking into cabinets and kitchen layouts in Feb 2025. I had to wait awhile due to final measurements to order. They were great about helping me get right back into the planning and had to redesign it a few times. Bought the bridgeport cream rtas. Absolutely beautiful in person. Highly recommend!

Fast delivery. Great vanity cabinets. Easy to assemble.

I’ve been working with Cabinets Bay for about four years on all of my kitchen projects and have never had any issues. Their service is always prompt, and whenever a warranty claim arises, they handle it quickly and professionally. Great cabinets at a great price - my customers love them!

The cabinets are not easy to put together especially the drawers. The drawer glides will shift and cause drawer front to not look flush to the cabinet box. I noticed the clear coat was going to be an issue and brought it to customer service attention but said it was how I installed them. Installed the cabinets 2 years ago and the the clear coat continues to chip in the corners of the door framed. Very disappointed with customer service interaction I had.

Very good quality cabinet, you need crew to assemble, if you need it ASAP it’s not a good option because take from 10 to 15 days to delivery.

Very punctual on getting me back the design plans and communication on measurements and installation. If there is anything that could have been better is not being shy about closing the sale after you done a great job on the design layout. I understand closing was always my weakness too. Some people just need a friendly help stepping off the ledge.

My kitchen and laundry needed to be torn completely out due to a mold issue. I have never had to remodel before and picking out cabinets was a hard decision until I sent my layout to cabinetsbay.com. Easy to work with and always happy to help with any changes. We are a month in on the project and wasn’t ready to order any cabinets yet, so my whole quote was placed on hold with pricing until I was ready! Kate has been a gem with helping me.

Samples delivered on time but can't wait much longer for your show room to open. Starting to look at other suppliers for my cabinets. Can I get an update on when the show room will open?
