We got a cabin 8 years ago from cabins uk we have been so happy with it spent lots of happy times with the grandchildren making memories very good workmanship we rang chadie at cabins uk as we are now selling are house we got it built with permitted development but we had lost the paper work we rang him up and he traced back and found it so we could send it to ate solicitors just a big thank you chadie would definitely recommend this company thanks mr mrs Flanagan

I bought a cabin years ago from cabins uk and have been really pleased with it, but i didn’t look after it so as you expect it started to deteriorate I also wanted the doors to be relocated to another part of the cabin
I contacted Chadi he got his guys in and cut a new hole for the doors he provided he replaced everything that i required at a great price the guys did a superb job

I took some time to choose a supplier for our cabin. Due to the size of the building and our specific requirements it required to be custom-built and the help/advice I received at this point was the main reason I chose Cabins UK. There was no hard sell, just great advice.

Due to the pandemic the delivery time was longer than expected but I was given honest lead time assessments and kept updated.

When the kit arrived it was well packaged and protected. It came with good instructions and each plank was marked with a number that corresponded to the plans. Putting the cabin together can be likened to building a big meccano set!

The boards were of good quality and went together easily. I contacted Chadi at Cabins UK a couple of times for advice during the build which he was more than happy to provide.

Overall, I'm very happy and would use this company again. Thank you Chadi and team.

Balance paid and delivery date/build date arranged (I chose to use their build team but you could build yourself).

Fantastic service from start to finish, great quality, solid cabin, well built and does exactly what I need/want it to do.
I was given great advice on which paints/wood treatments to use, and felt I was dealing with someone both passionate and knowledgeable.

The cabin was ordered in January and was told it would be delivered at the end of March and would be contacted to make the final payment and arranged a date for it to be delivered. I heard nothing, so called and was told that they had been waiting for me to call in to pay and arrange delivery as it had been ready for over two weeks. I immediately paid the balance by BACS payment and was given a delivery date. The workmen turned up to build the cabin, which was completed in 5 hours and did a remarkable job. However, a couple of days later, I found a crack close to the top hinge on the right hand side and two days later, it had broken off. I photographed the damage and sent it in to the company and to date, despite another email, I have heard nothing, not even confirmation that it would be looked into. Thankfully, I am a very competent woodworker and managed to repair the damage without any visual marks. After paying nearly £4500 I would have expected good after sales service. The cabin, apart from the damage, is of a very good quality. I might add that the damage to the door was of no fault of the vendor and all due respect, eventually offered to get a replacement door for me. I was happy with the repair I had made to the cabin door, following which I was offered a goodwill gesture for my trouble.

None of the standard cabins on the site really met our needs so having spent a few calls and numerous WhatsApp exchanges with the CEO the company drew up some designs for us which we were delighted with. Having a custom build meant we needed to wait a little longer as well as the COVID pandemic kicking off during our order. Nevertheless the cabin was delivered on time and erected by the cabins uk team. We were given excellent recommendations on paint / varnish and our finished cabin looks beautiful and is now a fabulous outside office. Can't thank the team at cabins uk enough.

We had quite a wait for our Cooper 2 because we wanted a non standard size. It was well worth the wait. When it came, three brilliant guys put it up in record time. It was supposed to be a two day build because of the shorter daylight hours, but they arrived shortly after 8 a.m., took half an hour for lunch, and otherwise didn't stop. They finished a little after
5 p.m. without skimping on finish. It was like seeing cartoon builders. The CEO pulled out all the stops to have it finished in time for an event - and it was ready.

Thrilled to bits with it. It's a pleasure to sit in, the envy of the neighbourhood and inside, it smells lovely. Also, the price for the quality compared extremely favourably with cabins on display at garden centres

we ordered our cabin ,a king log cabin 3m x 3m on 30th May 2020, paid the deposit and told cabin should be in August. Final payment made 7th August,no cabin! Paid to have company fitters lay foundation required for cabin 2.8m square. £230 materials £500 labour! 23rd september cabin delivered. Erection scheduled for 25th September. on 25th it was absolutly foul weather ,very heavy rain and very strong winds. when fitters arrived we gave them the options to come back when the weather was better (28th) or start on the 26th when the forcast was better. They decided to start straight away saying they were very buisy. They did not clear the foundations of debris before laying the cabin base hence twigs,stones and leaves were all stuck under the base. Due to the foul weather the cabin was put up in a rush meaning ends were not aligned, tung and grooves were not fitted corectly leaving gaps, some of the lenghths of wood were of very poor quality, which is very annoying as there were several good quality lengths left over at the end of the build. After starting the roof they covered the part built cabin with a tarpaulin and left at lunchtime saying they would finish on 26th which is one of the option days I gave them.
They did finish it on the 26th just as the heavens opened so my inspection prior to paying them the £400 assembly fee was brief to say the least.
when the weather improved on the 28th my wife and I had a chance to give it a good look over. The poor quality wood, missaligned planks end poor fiiting toung and grooves I have laready mentioned. The windows had decorative battons that because no pilot holes were used 27 of the 30 screws had split the wood so I had to remove the battons completely.
The salesman specified a specific paint that must be used to ensure the guarentee. We wanted a cream finish but the lightest undercoat was pine colour and we had to use 2 coats of that. The cream top coats didnot cover the undercoat so we now have a patchy pinkish cabin. We have sent 2 emails to the company but got no replies. As we are in our mid 70's we had to rely on there fitters but this I realy regret, I could have made a mutch better job had i done it myself, and now knowing what the paint results are I would have gone to a reputable paint supplier and saught there advice rather than fork out £200 for paint that look awfull.
Price wise the cabin is reasonable value providing you assemble it yourself or use a known craftsman.
