I ordered 2 charging docks as Christmas presents.
They took ages to arrive and were received in cellotaped up battered boxes which had already been opened and resealed.
The quality is rubbish of the items too, Dont waste your money.

Worst customer service , company not keeping to their terms and conditions

I ordered the GlowStation™ - 3-in-1 MagSafe Magnetic Wireless Charging Dock With Ambient LED Lighting . It arrived in approximately 10 days from china not the uk once opened and tested I found it was faulty when you charged the phone and put the light on it was like a disco , the light just kept flashing on and off . I emailed the company and got a reply after a few days saying I could return the item at a cost to myself or buy a different adapter and plug straight in to a wall socket not an extension lead with a usb slot , I emailed the company again and said it clearly states on their website if faulty it is a free return and does not say that I had to purchase different adapters . They replied saying they wanted me to video the faulty item and wouldn’t take my word for it . as per the consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to a full refund for a faulty item , they continued to argue with me and would not send me a pre paid postage for the return I reported this to my bank for a charge back as they were not keeping to their terms and condition . I have now received my money back in full from my bank . The customer service from this company is absolutely appalling and I certainly would not recommend . Obviously selling items they don’t have in stock and are drop shipping from china which is cheap rubbish .

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this publicly.

When you contacted us, we explained that the GlowStation requires a sufficiently powerful wall adapter to operate correctly, as stated in the product description. Flickering LEDs are a known and expected result when a very low-powered wall adapter is used, and this does not indicate a product fault.

In line with our terms and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we asked for basic information (or a short video or photo of the adapter label) to confirm whether the product was being used within its specifications. This step is required before we can authorise a free, prepaid return for a claimed fault. Unfortunately, this information was not provided by you.

We did not refuse a return. We offered:

- A free return if a fault could be confirmed, or
- A return at the customer’s cost for inspection, with return postage reimbursed in full if a fault was found

This is standard and compliant practice and is also what Trading Standards expects retailers to do.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently and regret that this situation escalated instead of being resolved through testing or inspection.

Delivery was ok with good coms via…

Following on from my below review, the company contacted me within 24 Hours of emailing them. They advised that the case I purchased, although magnetic as advertised, was not maglock and hence the issue I faced. They offered to replace the case with a maglock model free of charge which I have accepted.

Although I advised they should probably change the description on their website as anyone seeing the word “magnetic” in conjunction with a phone case would likely assume maglock, I must say I was very impressed by the service and hence have upped my review to 5*

Delivery was ok with good coms via shopify, however the case is not as advertised, it does not work with any of my MagSafe devices or wireless charging. I note from comments from other customers they have had the exact same issue so it seems not to be a one off. I have requested a refund or replacement but I am not optimistic considering other reviews… I will update here accordingly once I hear back

Great experience!

I ordered a charging dock as a gift. The customer service communication was absolutely brilliant, polite and helpful. The item was received in time for Christmas even though the delivery time allowed could have been later. What a great find as a company. Very much recommended.

Great Company with Unique Products

Cablenova has a really interesting range of products, which makes this company stand out. I'd ordered at the busiest time of the year (black Friday), and the products were dispatched promptly by Cablenova, but held up by the courier. When querying with customer services, the responses I received were prompt, honest and detailed, and hence much appreciated. They followed up with the courier until the delivery arrived, which was a few days later than expected, but the products were great and so well worth it.

Recently bought a iPhone cover for my…

Recently bought a iPhone cover for my iPhone 12 Pro Max from cablenova they have a good and unique range of phone cases to choose from ,unfortunately the case was delayed no fault of cablenova. They however kept me updated throughout by email. Would definitely shop with them again no problem.

Happy customer

I had an issue where the LED back lights were not behaving as desired with the app recommended with the product.
I reached out to the customer service team. Josh was able to assist with the issues and ultimately were able to provide a different app which was a little more complicated to set up but works flawlessly.
In the end good customer service and love the product.

Just awful, Avoid

Just awful, only one of my items arrived which didn’t work. Tried several times to contact them but automated response saying busy and 3 days for reply, which never comes. Avoid them at all costs and try to spread the word. Dreadful company.

Shocking Product not worth the price

Shocking - Not legit do not order from this site. Phone case described as luxury and magnetic for £20 ..... (sent from China) absolute rubbish, cheap, badly made and not magnetic. Could easily get a better one on ebay for a fiver and if it had been a fiver I would have been ok with it. Waste of time emailing them as customer service is utterly diabolical and you just go around in circles. Responded once in 19 days and totally unsatifactory. Ended up with a PayPal dispute and after 1 month was told to ship the item to the USA and pay tracked postage myself !! Umpteen requests for a return shipping label during the dispute process but to no avail. Rang PayPal and said im not paying tracked postage to the USA, PayPal then issued me a refund. Steer well clear - worst crapiest company I've ever dealt with - they need shutting down !

Don’t do it

Don’t do it. Shipping is super slow as it comes from overseas and the phone case is not worth $20. It broke and is falling apart after a week. It’s cheap and poor quality.

Avoid this company

Ordered items online on 20/1. Still awaiting for the items delivery dates is showing on the the tracking 6 March. It is only phone case and charger. Money has already been taken from the account. Delivery time schedule not mentioned on the website, if it was I would have or no one would have bothered to order anything. I would highly advise to not purchase anything from this company.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever . They BS you
That because of high volume they can’t get back to you for a few days after you email them to try to cancel an order that was as simple as a wrong button pressed so then they tell you to pay for the postage for the return. Hardly worth it because it’s almost the same amount as the item.. SCAM ALERT !

Cannot return or get a refund, they're ignoring me

You cannot return an item without first emailing them to arrange this and they do not respond to emails, so I'm currently stuck with a poor quality product with no way to return it or get a refund. They are ignoring all emails and are not responding to messenger either. I feel they have either gone bust or are scamming people, as no communication at all is very poor.

Excellent product

Chinese based and imported

Says they are based in the UK but clearly not…the cheap nasty items on the site are all on eBay for no more than a couple of pounds. I paid through PayPal and had to open a case against them as they don’t respond to emails. Try message them on Facebook and you will see it bounces back as not delivered. AVOID!!

Terrible company who deliberately…

Terrible company who deliberately ignores customer emails. Also dishonest, they are not a British company who send items from the UK. All items are sent from china which means you’ll be waiting weeks and will have all manner of difficulties should you want to return for any reason.

Avoid.
