Placed an order that had to be overnighted for an emergency install. I called ahead of placing the online order. And they verified the product as in stock and would be today. Also I called and ordered in the early AM to make sure it would go out that day. I never received the product the next day or an email verifying the shipment. The order showed up 4 days after the fact. I ordered on Thursday for a Friday Delivery and a Saturday install. The product showed up on Monday. Which cause us great stress in trying to find something else locally that the customer would accept. I tracked it down and found that it was not even shipped until Friday via the Tracking Number. We emailed and did get a response back after I said that I was going to refuse the shipment. They said that if I refuse it, that I can not return the product. And to let them know when it arrives and they will send me an RMA. I have made 2 each online request for the RMA through their website and have followed their rules. Only to get no response from the RMA request or from my attempt to call their office. Only good thing was that they did refund the extra Overnight shipping charge and just charged me 2 day shipping. So now I'm stuck with a product that I may never ever use again. Buyer beware
