Despite never having prior contact with this company, they were excellent from start to finish: professional, reliable (i.e. did not have to chase at any stage) and reasonably priced to conduct asbestos testing. It was totally refreshing to deal with such an efficient company. I have no hesitation to recommend this company.
We needed an asbestos survey carried out quickly on the property we are buying. Nick Allen was extremely helpful and made sure that the survey was carried out promptly. He also explained the results and the implications very clearly. The relationship was professional, cordial and easy throughout. Despite the fact that the scope of work was difficult to foresee beforehand, Cabot Thermals only invoiced for the minimum they did, and at a reasonable cost too. Great experience, which reduced a little the stress of buying a new home.
