Like many of you, I ordered in November 2022. No items came and the messages just stated we are looking into your order. I spent about $40 on covers and I guess it was a scam. May you get your karma fed to you and your family soon. This was not cool of you and your company....well, if it even exists.

Ordered 4 chair covers, they did not fit, Have been working on a return for over a month no response. Called, e mailed always the same working on it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible unreliable company - will not reply to my complaints. Took 2 months for the inferior product to hit my door after ordering- asked for Return authorization -not a word from this company. Product came from China - useless

These are my second order of chair covers. Both orders took a while to arrive but I am very pleased with them. Delivery takes much longer than advertised but if you’re prepared to wait they are an inexpensive way to update your chairs.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

I had to give them 1 star as no option for anything less!!

I ordered some chair covers in Sept 22 for Christmas gifts and am still waiting for them towards the end of November!!! I tried to contact the company using their online form, via email and a couple of texts to their mobile number (assumed they didn’t take calls) but had no response to any of them!!! I have since referred the matter on.

Another company that takes your money and you get nothing for it, so I would think twice before purchasing anything from them.

I ordered 6 chair covers from Cabrexa they took longer to get here than I thought as it appeared they were based in England. They arrived and Lo and behold they were from China (have had bad experiences with companies from there before) they are not the true colour or fit I wanted so I asked for a return /refund and would you believe it NO REPLY to my emails 😤😤 a lady named Laura did reply to my enquiry before they go here but it appears asking for a refund is a different matter. So it’s off to Trading Standards I go to report yet another disreputable company Scammers!!!!!!!!!

Scammers! They take the money but don't deliver the items. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service ever !

Ordered a reclining chair cover back in June 2022. Chased by email and had a response saying "your order is in transit" but I'm still waiting for it.
Now on the website it says 'We'll be back soon'.... ?????

Second time I’ve used this company any am again extremely pleased with the product.
I have no complaints and would definitely use them again.

I ordered covers months ago and I’m the email they said that there are irregularities, won’t give my money back, luckily.I paid with PayPal and I have asked for a refund . Not sure what is going on

Placed an order 7weeks ago still nothing..keep asking for money back...nothing...tried ringing no answer...
Totally fed up and fuming

I ordered 2 chair covers couple months ago, according to email confirmation saying 3-9 days for delivery but I never received it. Contacted them a few times and all I got was very bad excuses. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so I requested a refund through them and got my money back today. I would suggest to avoid this company at all causes.

I wrote a review complaining about the lack of delivery and the lack of communication. However when the covers did arrive I was delighted with them. The fit and look great and are excellent value for money. Sue

Company website no longer working. Ordered chair covers over a month ago. Initially told be patient. Now no response to email or messenger chat. No product. No refund. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Had an email after 6 weeks asking me to review a product i haven’t received….shoddy and uncommunicative…don’t touch them with a barge pole.
Asked for refund via email and no reply

It’s almost 2 months now that I purchased chairs cover for £164.88 but till date, I have not received my order. I have send them numerous emails but no response. I am reporting the issue to trading standards and to my bank. It’s a scam company. Don’t buy from this website. I am ready to go any miles to get my money refund. They’re thieves

Ordered 2 covers over a month ago still waiting trying to contact them and no response dont buy from these crooks just takes your money and then ignore you

If I could give this company a MINUS score I would. Please do not deal with them. I've been waiting almost a month for my order.
After threats to arrange a refund from my credit card company, they sent one item. I'm still waiting for the rest of the order, several weeks later!!!!
I cannot stresss DO NOT deal with this company. They are better, well organised and professsional companies out there!!

Ordered some chair covers, they say delivery 3-10 days still waiting, surprised they are still allowed to trade. Because quick to take the money, this is the last time I will be ordering.

Awful, don’t order, emailed them asking when I would recieve my order or a tracking number dispite it saying in the order confirmation email I would recieve my order in 3-10 days. Their reply was “Be Patient” have emailed many times asking when I should expect an email with a tracking number and how patient must I be 🤷‍♀️ Take days to respond and their reply now is “we are looking into this” am gonna report then to trading standards, absolutely shambolic company who should not be trading, poor customer service,

Just a little update, emailed Cabrexa again yesterday informing them that I intend to report them to trading standards due to being told to “Be Patient” as I had still not recieved an email confirming dispatch or tracking, finally almost 24 hours later I recieved an email back saying they are refunding my payment, no reason what so ever just they have issued a refund and it should show in my bank in 2-3 days,
