Avoid at all costs. Professional scammers with fake names. Quoted us a price and made us pay more on the day otherwise they would not take us. Said that Amy in the office would reimburse us. Phoned Amy, who is rude, put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. They must do this all the time judging by the other reviews I've since read. Will be taking it further.

Sends one coach for children to collect 60+ adults and blames you for not giving them individual dimensions. Apparently if we "had discomfort on the vehicle maybe the people on the vehicle were not a suitable size to fit."

It's unfortunate that we chose to grow to heights of standard adults and body widths that exceed that of small children, but I guess this is the standard we must accept.

Ordered two minibuses for 35 people to transport to a surprise birthday party. They were very quick getting back with a price and very pushy for the deposit. Paid £157 deposit and they confirmed they would send driver details. Heard nothing for days, no driver details, no confirmation, nothing. Chased the day before the surprise party to then get an email at 4pm on a Friday to say they cant accommodate our booking. Did not even have the courtesy to call. Now have to find transport for 35 people for 24 hours time. Such a let down, such a waste of time. Would never use again or recommend. I dont believe there was ever a booking in the first place. Do not hand over your money to these guys!!!

Absolutely disgusting service Amy mills is a unprofessional compulsive liar and hangs up the phone if she doesn’t like what you are asking regarding your booking! We requested a coach for 70 people she confirmed a booking for a coach of 50! When calling several times she said she would confirm a mini bus for the extra people. Waiting for nearly 2 weeks no email Conan’s she has the nerve to say we hassle her. The boss Jacob is as helpful as a stick stick in concrete he just passes the buck and doesn’t take any responsibility! Rogue traders have started the process of reporting to trading standards! Disgusting work ethics AVOID

Woeful service. I had booked an airport transfer via email which had been confirmed. They didn't turn up and said they had no booking reference.

I certainly wouldn't recommend using this service.

Used them to arrange an airport transfer for a group of friends attending a wedding. Initially very responsive - received the quotation and invoice within a few hours of making he enquiry however the times for collection on the return journey were incorrect but i assumed once the booking is made there would be a dialogue regarding the driver, vehicle type confirmation etc. Paid the deposit and then realised that this was an agent not an operator. they simply farmed the work out and took a considerable management fee for doing so. once the deposit was paid they went very quiet and it took me 3 follow up emails to get a response on a simple query.

The return journey had been incorrectly relayed on the "system" and had my pick up time as the flight departure time. This is despite numerous emails confirming all times and addresses which was acknowledged by them and i was told "all has bene relayed to the driver". When i rang to query where my bus was i got the driver who explained he was only leaving the house. I then rang the emergency number and got someone who seemed less than interested and told me "there is nothing i can mate" No concern that 8 people where going to miss their flight home.

I have since emailed requesting an explanation as to why / how this went wrong but it is again complete silence. they have their money now so what do they care????

I wouldn't use them again for the following reasons
1) they are a needless middle man - had i known they were not an operator i would have gone with someone else
2) Their communication is poor at best
3) The deposit is unreasonably high and in hindsight is not a deposit but merely their management fee. there is still no guarantee that the driver will turn up.
4) They didn't do ANYTHING to help resolve the issue they created, weren't interested in hearing the issue and i was dismissed immediately

would i use them again? NEVER

Absolutely awful. DO. NOT. USE. scammers and worst firm there is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM BEWARE! EDWARD HONEYWELL OR EDWARD AIDAN

I searched through an online minibus hire comparison site and received an email back from Edward Honeywell with a quote. It seemed reasonable and deposit paid. Since then emails are incredibly brief and we still do not know who the company picking us up is!

When ringing Edward, he is incredibly abrupt and rude, and even hung up stating "the booking is fine". I've cancelled and thank god paid via credit card so please don't fall for the same mistake that I did.

Absolutely disgusting service. Would avoid at all costs. Booked with an agent called Amy mills, agreed before proceeding with the booking that on the return journey there would be several drop off destinations and was ensured that there would be no extra cost. Firstly the vehicle was not in a good condition.
The driver was unfriendly and extremely rude, on the outbound journey he tried to drop us off a 6 minute drive from the agreed destination.
On the return The driver had bought along a friend. Before beginning our return journey we were giving the postcodes for the 4 drop off destinations, the drivers friend then told us we had to pay an extra £10 for every drop off on top of the money we had already paid. After explaining I accepted the quote for the booking under the condition of having as many drop offs as i’d like on the return journey WITHOUT any extra cost, the driver set off in a foul mood.
After doing 2 drop offs, we gave the postcode for the next destination (3rd destination), the driver instead proceeded to drive to the last address(4th destination) despite us agreeing before setting off that there was 4 drop offs. He then parked a 4 minute drive from the 4th destination, and the driver expected all passengers to get off of the minibus. Which we refused as we were at an unsafe place. After attempting several times to contact the “emergency contact” provided with no answer, the drivers friend then contacted the drivers manager, who was extremely rude and patronising when I spoke to him, after explaining the situation he continued to be rude but after careful consideration he advised the driver to drop us passengers off at both of the desired destinations.
None of the passengers felt safe or felt that the driving skills of the driver were of any good standard.
I tried to contact them and email them but still have received no response.

An absolute joke of a company. They're quick to draw you in and get you to accept the booking then they give you absolutely no customer service after. I booked with one of Poundcab's child companies disguised as 'Ashstead cabs' but it's clear that this company is a total scam, especially as the driver said he came all the way from West London to pick us up and take us on a 15 minute journey in Surrey!

There were multiple things that didn't run smoothly when using this company, but the WORST part was that I was expecting a coach to collect the 50 people I had booked it for and 'coach bookings' was on the subject line of the email communications I'd had with this company and the quote confirmation stated that it would be a coach. What turned up was a mini-van that could only hold 15 people and there was only one of them. So only 15 people could go at a time and the rest had to stay at the venue and wait until he returned 30 minutes later. The journey was around 15 minutes long and we were charged £380 which is absolutely outrageous as the cost of a taxi would be around £15-£20 so it would have been £300 cheaper if I'd have booked my own taxis! The reason we wanted a coach to collect the whole party was because we needed to get everyone back to the hotel together before 1pm which unfortunately did not happen because of the incorrect transportation that we were given.

After complaining and waiting for 2 weeks with no response, I contacted this company and was told that a manager would be in touch. A further 2 weeks later and I still haven't been contacted by any manager. Every time I call I get told the manager is "in a meeting" or "at lunch" and that he'll call back later which he never does. Which is obviously adding even further to my frustration!

Absolute worst customer service I've ever had and a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I booked a car through this company and they advertised a rate of £20 they then sent an email saying the price would be £22. No justification given as to the increase just a very rude woman saying the fares on the website weren't updated. Unfortunately for her that's against the law
