I received the wrong product.

I recently lost my hair for a second time because of cancer treatment. These pyjamas were a little feel better gift to myself. I already own 4 pairs so I knew I would love them. They are perfect hospital pyjamas, they are so luxurious and comfortable and I get loads of compliments on them. My absolute favourite pyjamas.

I have recently lost a lot of weight and was after some decent active wear. I purchase a pair of long active pants and a pair of shorts. Omg they are amazing. They are firm without being tight
I then placed another order for another 2 pairs and 2 caps. The order arrived minus a pair of pants. Their customer service was amazing and express post out the missing pants.
So, the items are amazing as well as their customer service. 😍

Sent the wrong item, then ghosted me not replying to a single email for weeks until the item you sent incorrectly was registered as being returned.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Happily took my money and then took so long to sort it out that one of the items I ordered was no longer available.

I’ve been ordering Cachia Pjs for years. I recently purchased matching easter pjs in a size 16 for me, and size 8 for my son. I received size 16 and size four… I immediately provided photo proof and let them know they had made a mistake. They said they wouldn’t send me the correct item Until I printed a label (| don’t own a printer) and took the item to the post office.
I went out of my way to go to Officeworks. Print the label. Stand in line return the item they incorrectly sent. Emailed them tracking and confirmation to ask when I’ll the get right item. This was one month ago. I’ve tried 2 more emails : no reply. I’ve written on their Facebook : my posts are deleted. I gave the item a negative review with facts only : nothing nasty. They deleted it. Now I’m beyond annoyed. I’ll be requesting a check back from my bank. Never again. Poor customer service.
