Absolute scum of the earth. No call no show two days in a row. Only sent a text 30 minutes after scheduled arrival time. They broker out labor to Craigslist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Did the job, immediately after, all contact ceased. No pay, I cant reach anyone.

I cannot express how bad this company is. I saw very mixed reviews on it and decided to roll the dice with my luck. WORST IDEA EVER! hired 3 movers at $55/hr and was told there was a 3 hr minimum. Paid a $100 deposit. I only ended up with 1 mover. Dispatch told me they would send 2 others out, but half way through I realized this was a waste of time. I kept the 1 worker for the 3hrs and my bf and I just helped him. Since neither my boyfriend or I are “professional” movers, which neither was their worker, we packed up what we could into our U-Haul for half of our 3 hrs and the drove to our 2nd destination for the second half to unload. I had to juggle my three year old and 9 month old through all of this mind you because we weren’t planning on needing to help the movers, just supervise. The wotjer did advise us they did increase their pay from $15 to $25 for showing up and being the only one to help. We also tipped him $50 on top of that because if not for him we would have literally wasted the whole day paying for our U-Haul. At the end of it when I called to complain that we didn’t even get half of our move completed but I wasn’t paying them another dime. They offered me a 10% discount on my REMAINING balance. I said absolutely not, you will give me 10% off the entire service as this whole thing was just unacceptable. They finally agreed after a lengthy few sentences. When I said I would be trash talking them to everyone I meet from now until I die, they offered me a discount on future services. I politely declined that offer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

It took a couple of days for the payment to get through but that came thru on there end would have been a perfect review if I was able to talk to customer service on the phone if they can update that it would be helpful for people who don’t get paid right away if anything hire me I can help solve these problems you need a two separate hotlines for customers and for movers

UPDATE - Took a little under a week, but someone from Caddy reached out and I got part of what I worked for the job. According to Caddy, didn't get full amount because customer was unhappy with how long the job took. Would give more stars, but we were told by Caddy to work until work was finished. The penalty wouldn't have been an issue if we'd have known a hard time cap up front so we could clearly communicate with the customer what could realistically be done with what was requested as we were wrapping and stacking.

Like many on here, I did a job in Haslet, TX on 4/25/26 with another worker (Contract #30212, job 11039). Job took 5 hours to disassemble beds and appliances, then wrap and fill two Pods with a bunch of appliances, furniture, and boxes. Customer was nice, but Caddy was terrible at communication and STILL HASN'T paid either of us for the work! We sent our PayPal/Venmo info in on Saturday right after job finished, and Caddy stopped responding to messages. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

Caddy moving tried to get my review removed because I left a true statement.This company is a joke in need to be removed…They post a job the communication is good while doing the job.but once that job is complete you cannot get in contact with them,through email nor phone..in that’s not right at all…this company is nothing but a big scam in they need to be removed.

Two guys who came out didn't even communicate with each other. They didn't even know how to pack. They started wrapping my expensive bed frames with blankets and bubble wraps on my driveway concrete scratching it.

In addition, I had to constantly tell them to pack boxes tight, so there are no spaces. They didn't know crap about moving.

I would put negative stars. They dont pay. Its a scam. Never do jobs for them

~UPDATE~ They still have not paid me or my roommate. They Email us acting like they are going to pay and say they are sending PayPal but never do. Do not hire them nor should you work for them. They are scam artists and fraudsters. They overcharge customers on top of not paying anyone for labor. show me ten people who have gotten paid and I'll be a son of a b**ch but till then they are scammers.
I worked multiple jobs for them already and have not been paid. Please do not use this company as they do not pay their workers. The reason they are so cheap is because they refuse to pay their workers and pocket all the money. 0 stars!

First day on the job for Caddy and it was a total disaster. The scheduling department had no idea where the job was located and contacted dispatch who had no clue either


After 2.5 hours sitting in the middle of the customer's zip code with no meaningful or timely response from Caddy, I decided to call it quits as I refuse to work with people that have no professionalism to speak of. I would not recommend hiring this company and would not trust them with a potato gun.

I worked for this company on March 30, 2026, under the agreement that payment would be sent via PayPal immediately after the job was completed. I worked from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and fulfilled all responsibilities as expected.

However, after completing the job, I was not paid. The company claimed the job was “under review,” which resulted in multiple workers, including myself, not receiving compensation. I made several attempts to contact the company regarding my payment, but I was repeatedly given the runaround with no resolution.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Failing to pay workers for completed labor is dishonest and misleading. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to work with this company, as they do not honor their payment agreements and will waste your time.

I was contacted by caddy to do a last minute job in Venice,fl I drive from st pete to the customers house at the time we agreed,when I arrived the other mover had finished the entire job and wasn’t even notified that I was coming. Caddy then proceeded to charge customer for 1 mover( understandly so) but would not pay me for coming out there and now every time I call they ignore. This happened on Saturday and it is now Tuesday and I was told a decision would be made the following day but have not received any funds or even got a response. Poor company to work for, this is the second time they made a big deal to pay me

We hired Caddy Moving they caused almost $1,800.00 in damage. They broke light fixtures, tore the couch and scratched all walls and door frames. We hired them to help my nearly 70 year old mother move furniture. They were supposed to send 2 people they only sent one and asked my elderly mother to help move the furniture.

3 days no money no response. Other movers didn't show their trying to pay me $12 extra after I did it all on my own. I have family and military brothers in Austin texas.....their gonna mess with the wrong one at some point

I was finally paid today almost a month after the job. They should really change the same day pay seeing that is not the case.

On March 30 2026 went to AmpleStorage in Durham NC to a job offered by Craigslist. Pay was $154. They have not paid me yet. They have ads on Craigslist they do not pay. saying it's in queue.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

This Company Caddy Movers is a scram. I did a job for them in Durham NC and they never paid me for work I did. I had to take legal action against them. This company has been reported to the attorney general in texas and for some reason is still operating. This company needs to be shut down,For not paying workers for , working to make them money. It illegal what their doing.

I was in south carolina driving from florida to nyc i was runing low on cash so i decided to stop n find some gig work to cover hotel and gas . Took a job from caddy moving site, i went and completed the job. What i notice caddy moving is not doing anything special but finding people on craiglist n sending them to site not know anything about person are skills then pay them $20 out of $55 they charge customers . I did 4 days still waiting to get payed . Caddy moving sucks just lazy people looking for ez $$$$

I worked a 4 1/2 hr job at $20 hr and didn't receive payment for it.I've repeatedly tried to contact them about this but,I haven't heard anything back.
