Disappointed and bad customer service
I ordered a photo printed on wood and the wooden support/frame for it back in 2024 for our wooden wedding anniversary.
On the website it clearly stated the how to steps with them sending you a digital draft before printing the final result on wood for eventual modifications which I thought was great because I hesitaded in between 2 different photos.
I did not receive the draft but directly an email saying the product was made and on its way. Unfortunately the traits of our faces were super marked in the carved wood and thus not flattering.
Also the wooden support/frame which we paid for was mounted upside down and the visible part from the front was therefore the unworked part of the wood.
I contacted the customer support team for both issues and they could not do anything for the printed photo but they would send me a new wooden support/frame. I am still waiting for it to this day...
I sent several reminders and there were left completely unanswered.
Unfortunately it was a bad experience for us. We regretted having spent this money as the quality of the products and service were bad.
