Cadenzalux cheats with its reviews

Cadenzalux cheats with its reviews. On the Google page for Cadenzalux, five of the 5 star reviews are from Cadenzalux's own staff, in order to jack up artificially their global rating! These reviews contain no comments, just 5 stars, and date from the same period: 6 months ago.

As can be verified on Cadenzalux’s own web site/“About Us”/“Our Team”, these self-reviews are by:
Francisco Bento, Cadenzalux Reservations Assistant,
Gabriela Pagy, Cadenzalux Real Estate Team Assistant,
Rita Gouveia Franco, Cadenzalux Property Manager,
Wanda Von Breisky, Cadenzalux Founder & CEO,
Daniela Ferreira, Cadenzalux Office Assistant,

These self reviews were already notified in a 1 star review on 26/5/25, which was then deleted (by whom?).

This deletion is consistent with another attempt by Cadenzalux to delete another negative review, which however, was appealed and reposted by Google.

A normal, decent, honest organisation does not review itself, and responds to critics by taking them into account. Cadenzalux prefers deleting them.

Azores vacation rental

Recently used their service for a vacation to AZORES Portugal. They did all the work of finding a beautiful place to stay. The service was completely professional.
I would use them again and highly recommend. Thank you

Cadenzalux is the worst and most dishonest

Cadenzalux is the worst and most dishonest real estate company I have ever dealt with.
I contacted Wanda von Breisky, Cadenzalux’s CEO, in October 2023 for renting my house in Cascais, Portugal, from 1st June to 31st August 2024.
She presented me with a business plan of 75 rented nights and €46 275 net revenue after commissions.
Instead Cadenzalux only managed to rent 12 nights for €7 691 net to me, i.e., 16% of plan, in nights rented and net revenue!
They only managed to put my house on their website on May 30th, the day before the supposed rent start, due to the very late availability of their interior designer imposed on me, and of their photographer.
Then their website suffered a number of failures: unavailable most of the time, often extremely slow, showing a wrong rental price, and a number of other mistakes.
Also, contrary to what was agreed, Cadenzalux failed to advertise my house on other short-term rental web sites, e.g., Oliver’s Travel, Plum Guide, Le Collectionist, etc..
Cadenzalux did not even appear in Google searches for vacation rentals in Portugal.
After being repeatedly confronted, the Cadenzalux manager João Carlos, finally admitted on July 9, 2024 that they were in the process of replacing their web developer and several marketing partners.
Cadenzalux insisted that an “interior designer" (who also was Wanda v. Breisky’s childhood friend) decorated my house, who charged me €3 500, came up with impractical “decoration” only for web sites pictures, not for living with, and often in clashing colours.
All that cost me €16 876, including for purchases that Cadenzalux charged me for but did not actually make, “admin services” charges for simply meeting with me, and things I had to get rid of.
It took my lawyer’s intervention for Cadenzalux to finally agree recently to refund me some of the unspent purchases, but they constantly refused any compensation for my losses due to their other failures.
