For me also interesting this site don’t have Email and in California don’t have own store

Good day! Had a terrible experience with Cadogan. I bought a bomber jacket and it was pretty expensive. The order went well and I got my jacket on time, but...
First - their sizes are for slim young people, it really tight in shoulders for athletic build guys like me. They stated on website that sizes are for regular US man but it is not! It is only for youth at age 18-25.
Second - quality is good, jacket looks stylish but I had to start return process because it didn't fit me at all (shoulders). And there is a catch - they giving you two weeks term to make a return, but I can't get a shipping label (free) from them 7 days in a row at least. Customer support - always busy phone number. Sending messages on their website - no reply (except the standard robot reply "THANK YOU FOR YOUR INQUIRY"). Finally, a girl name Gretchel emailed me back and asked will I go size up? I said no, please send me the shipping returning label or I will send by myself. After another two days I got label and sent it same day.
After returning package reached their facility I didn't get any reply (as always). I started to send emails every day asking about status of my return - but only got one message "Thank you for letting us know about your return". Phone number is busy all the time. And after one week I still don't know what is going on. It feels like they forcing you to keep the jacket anyway stretching returning process.
I would say that this is "sticky" company, lost a lot of my time and efforts to keep things going but still not sure that I'm OK.

I honestly hated that this was such a poor experience. I ordered the Moto Jacket in medium and unfortunately, it was simply way too large for me. And that's coming from someone who usually wears a large in other jackets. I really liked the pictures of the jacket and the red liner was a big plus for me. Well, the red liner is much less red in person. More of a burgundy which really lacked the "cool" factor for a motorcycle jacket. The lambskin leather did feel premium and I'm sure the jacket could last a lifetime. That is really the only pro I can attribute to Cadogan.

My main reason for the review is due to the returns process being so brutal. They use USPS for returns and the package more or less was lost in the mail. They wouldn't refund my money until it arrived at their facility but they eventually caved into agreeing to issue a refund before it arrived. But then I had to keep following up to make sure my refund was going to be issued even after it had already been promised. I eventually threatened to dispute the transaction with my CC company and received a refund the same day. Smart on their part I suppose. I still disputed the transaction though since they felt like they didn't need to refund the shipping I paid for. Oh well.

All in all, I can't recommend Cadogan. Perhaps I'm just not the right customer.
