The paranoid owner

I requested a trial for their VelVenti program for peak velocity pressure. I received a call, most likely from the owner, during which I explained that I use my own spreadsheet and their software would help speed up my work. I asked a few questions, and after that, the person on the phone accused me of trying to improve my software based on the trial. He also questioned whether I could afford the software, which is quite cheap. He refused to send me a trial and hung up on me. This person is delusional and xenophobic, refusing to do business with me. I would strongly recommend therapy for him. And yes, I will never do business with them!
