Autocad licence
I purchased an Autocad subscription licence and received a phone call from Daniel advising that it all should be working within 24hrs after the purchase went through.
After still having a little trouble a day or so later where I was unable to see the download link, I called Software Australia up and Daniel returned my call immediately. A couple of quick phonecalls over the next hour or so and everyting was sorted, installed and working fine.
Extremely satisfied with the product and customer service from Software Australia.

Bought an Inventor for $3,500 from Autodesk, will try submit a refund request. Why?
Bought an inventor 2024 from SoftwareAustralia for MUCH CHEAPER.
Moreover, customer service was excellent, spoke with Daniel who spent hours with me over the phone to help guide the process.

Satisfied customer.
This is my third time using software Australia. Initially I purchased MS project and MS Visio with no issues and now have purchased a range of Autodesk product licensee.
There were some minor complications in setting up the Autodesk licence but Daniel and his team were very quick to respond with support and resolve the issue quickly. I will be using software Australia again in future and recommend them to others.
