Terrible experience so far

Terrible experience so far. Spent £75 on there on the 18th November. Was advised that the item was being shipped on the 19th November. It’s now 6th January and no further updates, no items have been received and no response to my numerous emails to their customer service to find out what is going on. I also reported it to shopify(who hosts their shop) and all shopify have done is pass the complaint over to caeliclub - still got no response!
Scam site, steer clear.
