Booked this company for my son’s wedding guests to get them back to their hotel after the reception last Friday. I had booked, paid and confirmed details 2 days prior to this. Then on the morning of the wedding I was sent an email to say they had cancelled my booking and refunding my money in a few days time. No reason given! We believe they cancelled us due to a large event at Cardiff Castle that evening that would make them more money. So it didn’t matter to them that they would be stranding 20 plus guests, including young children, at a golf course nowhere near to hotel location. Absolutely disgusting and irresponsible. We were left no choice than to book individual taxis to cover the transportation at a higher cost to us. Compensation should be paid to cover the difference between the agreed cost and what we ended up having to pay in the end! The one star has only been given as it would not let me leave it blank... it this company is worth no stars at all.
