Bathgate office. I went for help on a boundary dispute and asked for an expert in boundaries. Turns out they werent. I disputed the bill after many repeat emails were charged for and failing to answer my questions and follow my instructions. I raised a complaint and was offered a discount, i didnt believe the discount was enough and they ended up taking me to court. Still going through the courts 5 years on
