the cafe here is very good and the service is also good

Unfortunately I had to change my review. We had swapped out the legs on the table for one that looked more appropriate. (I wish we had been advised in the first place that the legs selected would not look good on the table top we ordered.) When we received the new base, they had included return packing materials for us to use for the bases we were returning. We packed them up nicely and expedited the shipping out of pocket. Only to find out we are now being charged a 25% restocking fee because we didn't send them in their "original packaging" but instead in the packaging they sent us.

A little over a month ago (September 2nd 2021) my boyfriend and I visited the restaurant in Solrød. We had already booked a table in advance. We arrived and were guided to a table. After having waited for 45 mins for a waitress to take our orders we left, as the waitress had not asked for neither our drink or food orders, despite taking orders from multiple guests whom arrived much later than us.

Absolutely the worst food and service in Denmark

Bad food. Especially the vegetarian options. The green burger is so obviously a frozen unhealthy patty. The salad bar is extremely poor and not very fresh.

Took over an hour even before getting a drink, 2 hrs for food while we were sat with starving kids. Painfull

Worst experience - ordered tea with milk (chai cino) got it with a lot of sugar - when mentioned this to waitress - the response was "You should have told us you don't want sugar". Really, since when do we have to say in advance "do not put sugar in my tea"??! If you want to try also brownies there - be aware that it comes in a very small size with a lot of creme and ice cream on top (still very expensive though), so do not keep your hopes high...

went there for coffee and cake in BIG. the cakes came ca 20 minutes before the coffee. athe cakes had a frozen taste to them..and when the coffee finally came the waiter spilled a lot from the cup on the table.. which was maybe okay since we could not drink the coffee because of the bad taste. The cappucino was not at all cappucino, there was NO fome and it had a bad burnt taste...when we let the server know about rhia he did not care at all.
