Cafe Emma 

My friend and I went to drink some wine and have some food. First of all we had to wai 40min for a waiter to get outside to get our order, when we could see 4 of them was just having cosy convos behind the bar without doing anything. Afterwards some time after we went with some other friends to get coffee, we waited 45 min and never got our coffee. When we asked how long it will take to make them, they said they were in the making, when I looked 15 min after, we still had no coffee and there was no one behind the bar.
It's expensive and a tourist trap! Don't bother to go there.

I went to Café Emma (Axeltorv) and had a very pleasant experience.
The Brunch plate was amazing. Almost too much to eat it all if it wouldn´t be this delicious.
Staff was nice and friendly!
I can absolutely recommend this place.

I have never been so disappointed in food .. I am not a fancy eater at all and yet I could not eat this .. the order was a simple shrimp salad . Result: defrosted barely cooked baby shrimps on a bed of old lettuce (when 2 minutes before the waitress asked if we minded getting a sandwich instead of a salad since they were out of salad..), completely oxidated avocado and they even forgot the dressing ..
needless to say my plate was not the only one left full on the table , other customers seemed to agree with me.

I really liked people working there. Even if there was a delay on food or drinks, girls always explain what is going on. No matter what, tastes of both drinks and food are very good and worth recommending!

Loved the atmosphere here!! The staff were very lovely towards us and all the food was honestly worth the wait. Not to mention that the portions were super filling and yummy.. I think it's a great place to spend time not only with your family, but with friends too.

Excellent service and food! Good experience all in all! I can recommend Penne with chicken, very nice and fresh pasta :)

I went there with my friends for dinner and it was a blast. Amazing food,delicious desserts and very relaxed atmosphere.

Recently spent a lot of time at Cafe Emma in Frederiksberg during a six week internship in Copenhagen. Was the first place I went out to eat where I had the Moules Frites and a glass of wine. The waitress was extremely helpful and accurate with a wine that would suit the meal. The meal itself was delicious, particularly the truffle mayo! I also had the Emma Burger and a pasta dish on separate occasions. Both were full of flavor. The staff are fun and make you feel welcome. Pastries and coffee in the mornings were a great start to a number of days. Freshly made cocktails are inventive and reasonably priced. Looking forward to stopping by next time I am in the city.

Super friendly and professional waitresses and great food in a timely manner. Overall excellent experience, topped off with an excellent and cheap cocktail. Will certainly be coming back!
