Easy to order. Great customer service. Haven’t actually mounted my table top yet but getting excited.

Tables were shipped quickly and were packed very wellwith no damage, which is remarkable considering they were over 750 pounds.

I was hesitant ordering furniture online... However, the six chairs I ordered were delivered quickly and were even more beautiful in person. One was damaged... With just one phone call and a photo, I received a replacement within two days. They took care of everything and went above and beyond my expectations. Great service!

My overall experience wit Cafe Tables was excellent. The web site includes inventory and pricing information. When I called Britny was able to confirm pricing and availability. She emailed me a quote in about 10 minutes. I placed the order and it was shipped the next day. Britny provided tracking information and the shipment was delivered as projected in good condition. The table bases are high quality. Great service!

There were a couple of snags, but I'm sure that was due to the pandemic. The table top came damaged and a part was missing but both of those things were sorted out quickly. Beautiful table and tremendous customer service!

Called first for advice on what base would be best for small granite top. Glad I did as it was very helpful as worried about grandson tipping over or climbing on top. Delivery was very fast. Assembly was easy.

Table showed up on time and in good shape, mounted to a beautiful walnut top and my customer is thrilled with it.

The table top shipped to me arrived damaged. The company promptly sent me a new one. The wrong table base was sent - twice - but the company sent me the correct one on the third try. Also, the company paid for the return shipping for the incorrect table bases. In summary, the shipping process was really bad (1 star) but the company promptly fixed the problems (5 stars)... and thus a combined score of 4 stars for service.

Great product and provided guidance on how to attach to my tabletop. Would use them again and will recommend.

We were looking for base for a two-person table/island for our kitchen remodel when we saw what we wanted under our table at a local Spartanburg restaurant. Long story short, we tracked down the table supplier (Cafe Tables) who agreed to sell us a cast iron table base to which we added our own top. All is now well in the realm (and our kitchen too). We wish Cafe Tables great success and a Happy Holiday season too.
