You'll never be able to withdraw your own money
After numerous emails I have yet to be able to withdraw my money to my Zelle account and I am just repeatedly referred to the How Does It Work page. I want to withdraw my money to my Zelle account as I no longer wish to play. The How does it work says I must make an account at MatchPay. Match pay only lets you trade your "credits" which I guess is your money, to other players. No one from cafe casino or Matchpay to talk to on phone; I would not recommend this platform to anyone if you wish to withdraw your own money easily.

Games are quick to load; Promo offers are few and far between
Games are quick to load, customer service is OK, have had multiple instances of emailed promos not working when trying to redeem and Customer Support hasn't been too helpful. Most other casinos from my experience when theres an issue with a promo code, if a system error occurs, they usually add an equal or similar promo code for the inconvenience, that hasn't been my experience with Cafe Casino. Free chips or free spins are few and far between even with depositing hundreds of dollars without winning enough to ever cashout. I'm not sure what the cashout process is like and if its as quick and efficient as competitors like slots.lv as again I've never had my balance get above $50 even with $25, $30, and $50 deposits. More free spins and free plays chips even just 10FS or $5 bonus chips would keep me active and more likely to make more substantial deposits but after a certain amount of money deposited with no substantial winnings, i find myself frequenting other online casinos.
