For great coffee and machine
I've ordered coffee machine and illy capsules from this company a few times now and delivery is always fast and excellent. I had incorrectly ordered the wrong capsule and contacted the company to request for the right capsule and they were very responsive and good communication. I highly reecommend!

The coffee capsules are not what I ordered. I ordered MItaca and received illi Arabica selection Guatemala. Please refund me or let me know what coffee machine to buy. And please answer e-mails in a timely fashion as professional customer service representative must do. Thanks Elmira
I refer to the fact that I sent 3 emails over the weekend to track down the parcel, but no answer from customer service. I do not create confusion in the order - on the contrary, the seller must get in touch with the buyer to clarify the small details if uncertain. EUR 60 might seem a little amount of money for Italy, but for Bulgaria it is a percentage of the month salary. I was in Catania in May and had the same difficulty in communication with Italians, often converting English into Italian. Despite of the delightful flavor of the Italian coffee, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the Customer service. Do not blame your omissions on customers.
