I have one concern - the temperature of ground pork inside of a spring roll on your test says 155 degrees but the FDA says:
Cook ground beef, veal, lamb, and pork to at least 160° F (71° C).
Your test also says if ground meat is inside another item (like a noodle) the temp should be 165. It's confusing
