Very good at keeping updated
Very good at keeping updated. Didn't get the first pack of swabs lost in post but second sent straight away on contact. Online easy to use to order and view results as they became finished and available. Would recommend and use again.

The test kits are easy to order and arrived promptly. The website has very detailed instructions regarding the procedure.
It is simple to register the kit online.
The results came back quickly and we were notified about the progress of the tests.

I sent 7 SLEM tests from my litter to…
I sent 7 SLEM tests from my litter to CAGT on 6/6/23. Their website suggests results within 10 working days. I received my results today, 12/6. I had also made a silly mistake on one test form, and instead of returning the form, they used common sense and emailed me to rectify the error, which I did. They present a most professional but human face to the process which is refreshing and helps speed up the whole procedure. I would certainly use them again. Thank you.
