Poor customer service

On caitlin Wilson's web site I ordered two beautiful blue velvet pillows. I am an interior designer and have been for over 30 years. When I recieved the package it contained only pillow covers. As the listing said pillows and not pillow covers I believe that they should pay for return shipping. They refused twice. The second time they lied and said that many pillow covers are listed as pillows. Not true. Shame on them. For this reason I am giving them one star as customer service is just as important as product quality.
