This is a scam company. I ordered. Ab roller doe $150.60 and noticed shortly after the same product was sold on Temu for $26. They responded that their product is of high quality. I asked them to confirm if there product was made in the United States or Canada, -and that I suspected them buying off Temu and remarked and selling at five times the price. she dogged the question and said it was shipped from China. In the mean time, I found out their products are made in Shenzhen, China. Then she said the product is shipped and she cannot refund me—there has been no shipping information. DO NOT be scammed by the company!

I bought the Caitlyn Gym Premium Ab Roller and I’m very disappointed. The roller, mat and knee pad all feel flimsy and low quality. It’s a total waste of money. They claim to have a refund policy, but the way it’s set up makes it very hard to actually return anything. Think twice before spending your hard earned money on a product that feels too cheap for the price and takes too long to arrive. Check the reviews on Trustpilot and you’ll see I’m not the only one with this experience.

Do not recommend to buy this product. If you buy this on aliexpress, it costs only $30. Worst product to buy. Fake product and fake reviews on their website.

I wish I had read these reviews first before purchasing a flimsy ab roller that is supported by fake ads. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP ab roller for whatever amount - its completely useless and don’t believe their money back policy1 they will ask you to pay for shipping to return it and claim that it costs more to return it so you might as well keep it and pay the full price. WORST product and worst customer care- I have the emails to prove it!

Totally FAKE what they send you and what they show you. I called them their calls got connencted to china, even thouhg it says UK number and the guy did not undertand a word and now they have blocked me. IT seems i wont get my money back. The website should be taken down.

Do not deal with this company. On the website they show reviews for their Ab Roller that are meant to be Trustpilot reviews which after researching I have found no reviews meaning these are fake. The policy of refund on their site says they will cover shipping. So far I’ve been told I have to cover the cost to Singapore. I paid £89 for an item which is plastic and flimsy and I have now found the exact item elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.
