Not the best experience, but all well in the end
I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter on 12/2. Ten days later, I contacted the company as there was no update on my order. I was told that it was custom made (which took longer). that it had not yet been made, but that it would be complete in time to ship by 12/15. I asked to cancel it as I was concerned it would not arrive in time for Christmas. The agent assured me that it would arrive in time as I had ordered well within the Christmas delivery window. On 12/19, I contacted them again as my order had still not shipped. They then told me that my order would not likely arrive by Christmas. The tracking indicated it would not arrive until 12/29. I told them to cancel the order as I had tried to cancel before and they talked me out of it telling me it would arrive on time. They said they would consider taking action after I received the order (whenever that might be), but I would have to pay to return the order to them and then they would consider a refund once they received it. Return shipping would cost me almost as much as the necklace.
Well, after all my complaining, they apparently expedited the shipment and the necklace did arrive on Christmas Eve. I appreciate them going to the trouble as it meant very much to my granddaughter and I had relied on their assurance it would get here in time for Christmas. I just wish they had been clear about this at the outset. Nonetheless, all’s well that ends well.

Took 20 days to ship - dishonest
I ordered 4 items on Nov 30th. The package was ready to ship on Dec 10th and a FedEx Shipping label was created. After a week of FedEx still not been given the package, I reached out because I needed the gift by Dec 18th. I was originally told they still have the package and I wouldn't get it on time. I requested a refund because I no longer need it because it's so late. Then they replied on Dec 18th saying USPS has the package, but when I checked the tracking they provided, FedEx did not receive the package until Dec 22nd. I can understand a mistake of a package not being processed, but as soon as I asked for a refund all of the sudden they say it shipped which it hadn't for 2 more days. This company is dishonest and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I’m having the same issue so many others have had. I thought it was a good idea to order Christmas gifts on 12/1. Oh was I wrong. When I would check the tracking for my order it said it takes 6-9 days to create the products. Fair, they are custom. Then I checked a few days later and it changed to 10 days…ok, it’s the holiday time. Then I received my tracking on 12/12. It said my package was awaiting arrival at USPS since 12/10… Now on 12/20 it says my items have shipped and will arrive to me on 12/26?!! After Christmas. Disappointing. And now I’m concerned about the quality since others have said it’s not great for the price point. I also hear they don’t give refunds. Won’t be shopping with them again.

I think I just need to stop purchasing from them altogether at this point. I ordered one small silver ring with an engraving, that's it, ONE ring. I ordered it on Dec 2nd...it's now the 19th and I haven't been able to track it at all. I reached out 2 days ago asking for some sort of update...I get an automated message of course. I finally got an update saying it would be here on the 17th...it's the 19th still no ring...turns out it'll now be delivered this coming Weds, Christmas Eve. A full 22 days later, when I paid for fast shipping. What a waste of money all for one ring.

Ordered items on the 1st of December that were custom pieces. According to their production and shipping timelines I should have already had in my possession by now, 19 days later. They sent a shipping notification on the 12th. When I try to track it, shows me label was actually created on the 10th. I’ve emailed 3 times checking on it with the utmost kindness and patience in the busy holiday season and have been nothing but lied to. Stating it takes 2-3 days for tracking to update. It hasn’t even been scanned for pick up yet! It’s still sitting in label created status. I even stayed on hold with USPS to confirm once scanned for pick up it’s immediate to show it’s in receipt at least. When I emailed back again calling them out on it. I was told oh sorry for the confusion we don’t use USPS for pick up. It’s a USPS tracking # I have!!! Like what??? It’s now 7 days past supposed ship date and still no tracking updated. There is absolutely no way my order is going to arrive by Christmas at this point. It’s so disappointing considering this was not a last minute order, I’m definitely not being out of line on this. Like advertise you need to order 2 months in advance. Plus now I’m seeing all these bad reviews for the same reasons and that their jewelry quality has seriously declined. My bad for not researching ahead of time. DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM! These were gifts for my adult daughters which was the only thing to open, something special for them. Otherwise they are just getting money. Now they don’t have anything to open besides a card with cash. For anyone reading my review and needs actual assistance, file a fraud claim with the FTC - They will be held accountable through there and I have already done this. BBB already shows them with an F rating because they don’t even respond to their complaints through there for resolution. Listen to the bad reviews on this company!!! Do not take a chance. Another person a few reviews down has almost the same complaint and timeline as myself. Look at their response to him! It’s resolves nothing!!!!

Ring sizing is my only qualm...
I recently discovered Caitlyn Minimalist (probably an ad on Instagram) and I love the quality products at affordable prices! I also love that this company is working their way toward becoming a B Corp. I try to shop exclusively from eco-conscious businesses. The only problem I've had is that the ring sizes seem to run a bit small. I'm a 6.5/7 on my ring finger, so I ordered some rings in a 7. The rings are VERY SNUG. I can't stack them like they are in the photos. If I were to order an 8, they'd be way too big. That's literally my only qualm. I love the dainty hoops I ordered (still waiting for them to return in sterling silver) and the fingerprint necklace I ordered is a new staple.

Horrible experience
I ordered a ring as a Christmas gift on December 1st. This site created a shipping label on December 10th for USPS. it is now the 18th and they still haven’t given it to the post office for delivery. I have sent several emails asking them to look into the issue and they just say I should see an update soon. This place is completely unreliable.

Sun and moon infinity necklaces
I ordered 2 of the same gold necklaces, the moon and sun infinity ones. Both purchased as Christmas gifts for my sister (my daughter’s aunt) and my daughter to have matching necklaces. And they are absolutely stunning and will be without a doubt the biggest tearjerker this year at our families Christmas celebration. "Minimalist" is actually "Maximum" design & quality
"Minimalist" is actually "Maximum" with this retailer. They are the epitome of elegant and classically designed jewelry. Every piece is of outstanding quality and holds up very well, and I am unintentionally rough on my jewelry! The items arrive within the promised delivery time and are beautifully boxed or packaged. My husband's gift to me for our 25th anniversary was my intro to this wonderful store, and I've been in love with everything I've received from them since then!
