This company is fantastic to use. My order came very quickly and I didn't pay for next day delivery but there it was the next day. Excellent products and some of the cheapest sugar paste I have found. Will use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone.

I compared prices and postage against other similar companies and found that this company gave the best overall value, their delivery time is excellent and customet relations is excellent too.

This is the first time I have used Cake Decorating Supplies but it won't be the last! I only wanted a couple of cake drums and boxes, but these were very easy to find on the website and easy to order. I chose the standard delivery option which I think was 3 to 5 days, but was delighted to discover that they had been delivered the next day with a hand written "Thanks Neil!" on the delivery note, a nice personal touch. I decided to make my step-dad a 65th birthday cake last minute and was desperately searching for the best place to buy the supplied from. As a novice, I don't have a "go to" website so was starting from scratch. I came across Cakedecoratingsupplies.co.uk and compared their products to a couple of similar websites. They were much cheaper and carried everything I needed. I placed my order and opted for 1st Class delivery given that I was in a rush. I completed checkout at 4:15pm, and it was here in my hands the next morning! Fantastic service! All of my items were excellent quality and well packed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this website again!

The value of products is great but I was sent the wrong item. Botifies them twice. And have not received a reply let alone an exchange or refund. Good site and good products but bad customer service!
