I ordered some cupcake boxes recently and I was very impressed with the service. I had trouble ordering online (error on my side, not theirs) so placed a call to the company who were more than happy to take the order over the phone. Then, as I was picking up the items, when I got there 30 mins later everything was ready for me! Great prices and service wouldn't hesitate using again!

My order was delivered the next day. Everything packed well to avoid damage. Lovely touch to get a little thank you note and a free gift sometimes. And the loyalty points are a bonus too.

I ordered a milk glass cake stand for £76. The package arrived within about 2 days carefully packaged and was amazing quality. I can't wait to use this on my wedding day. It will make the cake!

I ordered some supplies to make my daughters birthday cake, delivery was quick and was all well packaged even got some cute wee cupcake cases as a free gift. Felt everything was well priced and good quality

These people are very nice, helpful and quick to act. However, the delivery system currently in use does not allow for tracking and is slow and inefficient. Which means, once the parcel leaves them, there is no way to know where when or how it will arrive!
I ordered my goods on the 21st of March for a 2 -3 day delivery, it is now 26th and still not delivery! They called me back to say sorry, but as they can't track the parcel they can't help me, quite a problem when you are meeting deadlines.

The items were great and it was fast delivery so i was very very happy and deffinaltey reccomend this company to anyone ! Very professional.

The items was delivered on time! And in very good condition!

I have not been able to use it as we bought them to use our daughters baptism!

Called before I placed my order because time was against me and the lady on the phone confirmed that my order should come in time... It came the next day! Everything was wrapped up carefully, even the cake boards and she'd even written me a little thank you note for placing an order. Thank you for such nice customer service!
