This review receives a one star rating only as zero stars is not an option. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, upon opening the box the cake was damaged and looked nothing like the image from the website. The icing was so hard it was difficult to cut the cake, the cake itself was incredibly dry. Left with a very upset 7 year old and despite numerous attempts to contact Caker Street via phone, email and WhatsApp, I have received no reply. I would recommend avoiding this business at all costs. A very expensive mistake.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. After receiving my cake which cost me £100 and it’s for a 40th birthday. The writing is wrong and damaged. When I rang them about this situation they fobbed me off saying someone will get back to you and hang up on me without tacking my contact details. So I rang back 3 times but they kept hanging up on me. Don’t use this service go somewhere else

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. The cake was for my son who lived away and was a surprise birthday cake. I had a few questions which were answered and dealt with immediately. I also asked for my time slot to be changed at the last minute and they kindly did so, nothing was too much trouble. The cake was simply perfect and tasted delicious, I will definitely be ordering again.
