I've been shopping with Cakeworthy…

I've been shopping with Cakeworthy since approximately 2018. I've NEVER had a bad experience. Even with any minor issue (ie. Delayed shipping on a preorder item), they have always gone above and beyond to remain transparent and attentive. They answer questions and emails in a timely fashion. They SUPPORT their biggest fans, I've gotten a personalized coupon before, just as a thank you. Their clothes are adorable and quality! Oh, also, their rewards program is awesome! I've gotten 3 free tees with sprinkle points!

Excellent company

Excellent company, they care about there customers! Everything I’ve ever received from perfect. They have amazing prints! I get something every time there is a new release lol 😂. So my collection is getting pretty big

BEWARE OF CAKEWORTHY

I purchased a sweatshirt then attempted to cancel the order before it had been shipped. Their reply was basically no with no alternative solution given.
Then when I received the item, it fit like it was two sizes too small and the fabric had no give so I asked for a refund as I knew the material would never be comfortable even in a bigger size. They rejected my return with no other solution given. So now I’m stuck with this uncomfortable sweatshirt that doesn’t fit and am out the money that I spent. Terrible customer service. I will not risk giving any more money to this company.

I wrote to them asking for help and…

I wrote to them asking for help and they have refused to respond to me at all. They dont give a crap about their customers if they are happy with their products. If they can wear their products not. Its not like they are giving me free shipping. I am paying for it not only to ship it back but also for them to ship it back to me. Completely ignored my request for help. Not a signal response from them. Horrible company dont buy from them. I know my daughter will never again and neither will any of her friends.

To whom it may concern. I purchase 2 shirts from you and it cost me over a $100.00 and I am not a small woman by any means. I order the size I thought I would need and it was so big on me. So i exchanged the order for the next size down. The shirts came and they were almost the same fit as the ones i sent back. Now I am being told that I am stuck with these shirt that I can not wear because they are so big on me that they cover my hands completely. This is not okay and completely not good customer service. I expect to be able to return my shirts if they dont fit me to get shirts that do fit me. these are not cheap shirts by any means. If you dont want to exchanged them fine then I expect a store credit for what i paid for them. My order # is Order #101471. If i dont get a satisfactory resolution to this issues. Crappy customer service

Crappy customer service and poorly described merchandise. Hat said “one size” but didn’t list what real hat sizes were covered by that. Bought it and of course it’s too small, and they don’t accept returns on hats, which is buried in their return policy and is NOT evident from the product, purchase screens, OR receipt. Emailed and they were short and unhelpful. Will never shop again.

This company is trash!

This company is awful! Which makes me so sad to say because I used to love buying from them. My items went 3 weeks without updating so i emailed in and was met with the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I went to their instagram to ask for help and was then blocked. BLOCKED? I got my money back from my bank but this company should not be allowed to be in business. You can tell the other good reviews on here are the company trying to get higher reviews. Trust the bad ones on here. This company has attitude problems, steals your money and doesn't ship items. Ripoff!

THE WORST!!!

Literally THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! This company should not even be in business! I simply sent an email to ask for an update on my order and was met with the most unprofessional response ever, and was then BLOCKED from their instagram page! WHO DOES THAT?! Canceled my order with my bank and got a full refund. These people should not be in business, they are an absolute joke.

Awful customer service

They BLOCK customer's profile on Instagram! Very unethical. And this is how they do business.
The customer service is terrible. They only give one sentence reply and the attitude is not trying to solve the issue at all but only to deny their responsibility.
I purchased a black denim jacket from them and it got discoloured onto my bags and now my bags are all over the black stains. The only reply I got is that they told me to "wash your jacket and bag". I CAME FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE CLEANED PROPERLY!!!!!!!
And what they reply: Unfortunately we do not condone your behaviour, we will no longer be responding to your threats.
I believe they are more likely to threaten me rather than the other way round because they are blocking all over social media and provide no help to my poor situation.
I order so many from them and they are going to lose one royal customer just because they refuse to refund $47.97. Wanted to upload all the conversation I had with them. Pathetic.

I LOVE this store

I LOVE this store! I have been a loyal customer for about 6 years and the quality and fit of the clothing is so great. I’m always surprised about how fast the shipping is as well! Coming from Canada to the US, I’d expect it to take much longer. If I could give 10 stars I would.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAKEWORTHY SHADY COMPANY…

I placed an order through Cakeworthy for a flannel. I needed to return the item for a different size. The request was approved and I mailed the exchange back to the company, provided tracking, and followed all guidelines. Almost A MONTH had past and I still had not received confirmation that my return was received (USPS tracking says it was received 5 days after I sent it). I contacted the company 4 TIMES about when my exchange would ship. I received very rude messages from their customer service department stating "IF I WANT FURTHER ASSISTANCE I NEED TO LOSE MY ATTITUDE" - I just asked when me exchange would be sent and they would not give me any information. I've NEVER experienced a customer service as awful as Cakeworthy's... Upon several rude messages from the company and a month passing I figured okay well I'm clearly not getting my exchange and I'm out $40 for the flannel plus the money I spent to ship the item back to the company. I disputed the charge with Chase bank (who failed me as well) and after I did so Cakeworthy reached out to me telling me my return was REJECTED DUE TO MAIL FRAUD because I had requested my money be returned after Cakeworthy FAILED TO SHIP THE ITEM!!!!!! Afterwards I received an email from them stating that they were closing my Cakeworthy account so I could not have access to any information. Chase did not help at all in this case and Cakeworthy proceeded to tell them they never received the item back. I called Cakeworthy and Chase bank to provide the tracking number and neither of them kept record of it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAKEWORTHY! Their customer service department is beyond RUDE and they will steal your money from you without providing a return or exchange.

Good luck trying to get hold of your product. If i could write a negative review I would do.
No real way of tracking parcel. Customer service uncontactable/ unresponsive.
I dread to think what would happen if i wanted to return the product I am still waiting for 5 weeks later.
Never ever will i order again from this store. Just apalling

Awful

Awful. Awful. AWFUL.
I am a longgggg time buyer from Cakeworthy and have spent hundreds of dollars with them over the years. I have had a few snag up issues in the past but looked past them, but absolutely nothing compares to my most recent experience.

I placed an order and paid for the faster shipping option they offer. Cakeworthy sent an email that it was shipped but nothing updated on the tracking in over 2 weeks. I emailed their "customer service" to ask for an update and was given the most rude, unfriendly service I have ever received. I was told "we're in the middle of a pandemic. We aren't worried about your order. Can't help, sorry." They then kept blaming the post office, covid, and holidays for them not dropping off the package with the post office. I asked if they would at least refund the extra shipping I paid for since they did not ship in the time their site said they would, but was told "we don't refund shipping. Not our issue." Huh? I simply asked for help trying to locate the package and was pretty much told it "wasn't their problem and was usps and I needed to contact them." Which thanks, but I already did. Usps told me they never had the package. I am fully aware usps is backed up for holidays and everything, but show your paying customers some respect. I paid you for something- it is your responsibility to make sure I receive it- not to blame everyone else. The item finally showed up and surprise, When I further looked into the tracking it shows it wasn't dropped off on the date cakeworthy said it was. Frustrating but okay.

So now I'm trying to place another new order. Because apparently I don't learn but wanted to buy a shirt. Placed the order, they charged me, and two minutes later I get an email that it was canceled. Weird, so I use my work email to place it again thinking it's my email or something. Place that order, they charge me, 10 minutes later they cancel it AGAIN. I send an email asking what happened, no response. I ask on their instagram, they delete the comment and block me. I send another email asking why my orders aren't going through and am told "i'm no longer able to purchase with them." WHAT! Because I asked you for help locating my order that you didn't ship when your site said you would? I have never, ever in my life dealt with such insane "customer service" and based on other reviews a lot of people have similar experiences. Disney should not associate with these people. They don't know what customer service is at all, don't know how to treat customers who have been loyal and spent hundreds on their poorly sewn merchandise, should not be in business. I have a ton of friends and family members who shop with cakeworthy all the time but all have decided to never support them again after I told them what happend. Absolute joke of a company. Learn some respect for your customers.

Good luck if you need help...

So, I'm deciding to write a review very similar to the one written by Ann on December 3, 2020. I purchased 2 items on black Friday this year. They were sent through USPS and the label was made December 1st. With the whole USPS issue of packages and mail being so backed up this year I got a transaction that it would arrive later than expected. It is now December 20th and still no update for the package. I simply emailed cakeworthys customer service email to let them know of the issues and to question what happens if by chance it doesn't come or indeed ends up lost. I was met with the rudest response I've ever had to deal with through customer service. They were very vague and only giving 1 sentence answers. By that I mean you were lucky to get 5 words from them. I even went as far to private message their Facebook page for help and was again met with an attitude saying they don't do this business through here and to keep emailing their customer service email account. Once that happened I ended up posting to question under a photo on their Facebook and Instagram pages to see if any other customers had this issue before. They ended up deleting my comment and blocking me! I then emailed customer service again and they told me to stop spamming their pages, no other answers will be given. Now I know why it shows comments under some photos, but when you click on it nothing comes up. Makes you wonder if they've done this before. As much as I would have loved to have had this delivered before Christmas I can understand the USPS backlog issue, but what I don't understand is how you can pay a company that is associated with Disney to say the least and get zero help what so ever met with complete attitude. I hope that eventually this order reaches my door as I already know trying for a refund is going to be difficult. Please watch what you're buying and ordering from online. If I knew this I would have purchased a plaid shirt and had someone make this for me who owns a Cricut since this is all it is. I also have 2 stars because I know someone who has used this site before with no issue. I'll give them a small benefit of the doubt.

So not cake worthy..

Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars here.. While I do have a bunch of choice words for the administrators of this site, I would rather warn people to steer clear of them. First impression, you can literally feel the disrespect, sarcasm and uncooperativeness in their responses. You would think they would be this group of awesome, friendly, lighthearted people just waiting for you to make a sale and share in their cheer. But instead they use their time creating this facade to become insta-famous or something and completely lack in serving their customers. It all started with a question on their site but since I put it in the wrong location, I tried contacting them to let them know what I had done accidentally and the nature of my question. I got a short, vague response.. Okay, not a big deal, maybe someone's having a rough day or woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Since they have this pop up for a discount if you sign up to the newsletter with every click on their site, I figured I'd take the opportunity at a little savings and maybe it would stop it from popping up too. A couple days later I contacted them again to let them know that I hadn't received the coupon. They responded with, you have to sign up to the newsletter. Instead of going through the hassle of explaining that I already had. I just figured maybe they need the five bucks more than I do and they clearly couldn't be bothered so I went ahead and made the purchase without it. Huge mistake!! You have to understand, this was supposed to be a gift. Second, this is a novelty store and most of these things can be made at home so there's no real reason why I would shop here again anyway. They decided to kindly send me a coupon the day after my purchase. Being that I had already completed my order, I told them to recycle it to someone that may really need it. I would rather them get my order out asap than use the discount. Bigger mistake! Instead of being understanding and doing what they were paid for, they created a label and never shipped the item. After about a month of waiting, playing the run-around game and asking for their help in resolution to no avail, I had to start a dispute for a refund with my financial institute. How fair is that? You make a purchase in support of small business and wind up having to fight for your money back. Disgusting! They're not accountable for their own mistakes and are so sour that after I started the claim for my money back, they began sending me ads and reviews of their store to my email. Really? You really want me to tell people how I was treated at your "store"? Well, here you are. Buyers Beware!! These people are not good nor honest. They are not personable and know nothing about sales. They are definitely in the wrong line of work.. Disney would be absolutely ashamed to be associated with these people and they should be ashamed of advertising Disney with their conniving attitudes. And as for the reviews on their site, I am now convinced they are from friends or flat out fakes.. Be very aware when shopping here and make sure you use a reliable form of payment to ensure your safety!
