Dopo l'acquisto fatti di nebbia per il rimborso !!

Aggiornamento:
solo dopo aver sporto denuncia all'autorità competenti ho ricevuto il rimborso.
Consiglio al servizio clienti di essere più chiari e puntuali nei riscontri agli acquirenti e non consiglio invece l'acquisto da questo venditore.

Dopo l'acquisto di n. 2 borse ho richiesto, subito il ricevimento dei prodotti, il rimborso in quanto il materiale ricevuto discostava da quanto descritto nel sito e non erano di mio gradimento.
Dopo alcune iniziali mail di scuse e la proposta di un rimborso del 40% del costo sostenuto si sono fatti di nebbia, spariti, non hanno più risposto alle mie richieste mail.
