My ring took 5 weeks and it felt like the longest 5 weeks ever. But when it came it was beautifully packaged along with being gorgeous in person. Only thing I would change is speed up the process to get ring sooner.

Should be a 4.5
Only reason for 4 stars was initially I was sent a 4CT radiant pink diamond. Shipping was fast once initiated. We received and even though the documents said it was 4 CT, there was no way it was that size. I initiated a return and that process was actually flawless.
We decided to take another chance at a 5.6CT oval and it was perfect. All in all it was a great experience, aside from the first diamond just no being what was represented. Communication was great with everyone and I’d purchase again, especially with the price points and quality.
