super fast shipping. immediately received my order confirmation email and item shipped in less than a week. really happy overall. i think it could have been protected better (ie. box), but the padding bubble wrap mailer seemed ok.

Was skeptical at first, because rarely does something that seems too good to be true pan out, but Calavera has made a lifetime customer out of me. Excellent service through and through, quick shipping. Definitely will be coming to them for my Diamond needs in the future.

The stone is exquisitely, beautiful however it is much darker than depicted. For that reason, I only gave it four stars instead of five. We’ll see what it looks like. Mounted in platinum delivery was timely and service was perfect. Cannot be matched for price and quality.

It was easy to select my 5.5 carat emerald cut diamond using the filters on the website. I saw a video of the stone and was able to click into the IGI site and see the certification. I received my stone within a week and it’s beautiful. The pricing is great and my jeweler verified that the stone matches the certification. I highly recommend Calavera New York.

I was targeted on instagram and silly me I decided to try it. I had visited a store and didn’t love the diamonds I was shown, I met with a whole saler who showed me 6 diamonds and I didn’t like any of them. I was looking for the perfect radiant cut and I knew my ocd will take forever to find the perfect stone. I went on their site and was able to filter exactly what I wanted, look at videos and dimensions etc, I ordered 3 at the same time, they came in less than 10 days. I called to swap one before one was shipped and spoke to them numerous times, they always answered the phone and were super responsive sending me certificates and videos as requested. I’ve already gotten a refund for my 2 stones I didn’t choose and the one I picked is absolutely perfect and I’m so excited! I can’t believe how great the price and service was and the control I had to pick what I wanted. I would do it again if needed!

What made my experience great from Calavera is how responsive they are when I got my 2.33 carat diamond I took it right to a jeweler and guess what it’s real what amazing prices they have and also the quality of the diamond is immaculate

My diamond was 1/5th of the price it was listed at on Brilliant Earth (exact same stone, certificate number and all). I can't speak to quality of Calavera settings or customer service, but I think they are an excellent option for getting the most out of your budget when it comes to buying loose stones.
