Was a client with C&B until we were told we had to delete our account with them. We were told there were no longer dealing with Canadians. Was give an extremely weak excuse. We had a good relationship up to that point and were totally taken back by their actions towards us. To be transparent we like the service we were given but the way they kicked us to the curb was unacceptable .

I am fairly new to learning how to navigate through the crypto world. A mentor of mine highly recommended caleb and brown so I try them out . Here the 3 things I like the best number 1 Andrew and his other followers are very quick to reply to my inquiries and give good detailed solutions. Number 2 you only need 500 to open trade account and even if you are not comfortable with that they will let you send crypto and set up target orders . Number 3 the buy and sale limit orders they did not pull a coin base on us and get rid of large buy or sale limit ordered away from market price so you can set them very high if you wanna go fishing or just set it and forget it. Last they have a lot of liquidity I recommend them for us folks who can't use foreign exchanges because of the bye dumb administration so they are a good alternative if you can't use mexc bybit or kucoin

The customer service is unmatched! Very fast replies, clear, concise and COMPLETE answers to questions. And it doesn’t matter the time of day I’ve reached out. I’m an old guy as well as a newbie and they have never appeared too put out to assist me with my newbie questions.

I have had nothing but a positive experience from C&B. They are very responsive and always have someone to answer your question. Transactions happen fast and they have to talk to you before a transaction can happen which I enjoy because it stops fraud and mistakes.
