Promotional Items Not Recieved

Update: Calecim honored both promotions and sent me two full-size serums. Thank you!!! I’m looking forward to continuing a relationship with this great product!

Original : I subscribed to the serum and two other items. The promotions I received included an additional two full-size serums. Due to my job, I’m not able to use the products every day so I was going to reschedule my auto ship. When I went to reschedule, it said that the two full size, calcium serums wood be removed completely so instead I clicked on Skip to see if you gave me the same message and it did not, therefore I chose to skip. But as soon as I confirmed the skip, then my two free calcium serum gifts were removed. I decided I’d rather receive the product before needed so that I could continue to get my two free items so therefore I clicked on unSkip. But my two free items are not returning. Customer service and I have messaged back and forth several times now and they refuse to honor their promotion. They finally offered me 500 points which is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the $200 value of the two serums I would have received! I feel trust has been broken and I’m really sad and upset.

Truly a wonderful line of products that actually Work!

I have been using some of the products from Calecim for almost two years and I can’t be any happier.
Not only the hair treatment works ( if applied consistently and with patience ) but also the skincare line is just as miraculous. From the wonderful eye cream to the powerful Multi Action Cream.
And of course at the very top of my list is the fantastic Professional Serum!
This is a very respectable company with incredible products that truly deliver.

Outstanding customer service and excellent products

I had a very positive experience with Calecim from start to finish. The products themselves are of excellent quality (this is not the first time that I buy from them), but what truly stood out was the level of customer support.

I encountered a delivery issue that was not Calecim’s fault, yet Theresa handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and remarkable efficiency. The problem was resolved promptly and smoothly, with great care taken.

It’s rare to find such genuinely attentive and proactive customer service. This experience really reflects how much Calecim values its customers, and thanks to the way this was handled, I will definitely be buying from them again.

Highly recommended.

I really like the product …

I really like the product and have order more. My second order was delivered to the wrong address ( in a totally different country). I contacted customer service and the problem was rectified, it took a week which was fine but I would have appreciated an update during that time letting me know that they fixed the problem. I sent a couple of emails during that time asking for an update, especially since my CC had already been charged

Gives me hypersensitivity

I am using a pink serum and Night recovery complex, i must say it is the worst experience ever. I don't use any other stuff except Tallow cream. After application i get red face and it gets very sensitive. Next day my skin looks like i had a procedure done, like microneedling and it has tousands of small bubbles and feels like my skin got burned. Day after my skin is dry and fels like leader. Third day my skin is flaky and is peeling. A week after application my skin still has this tiny bubbles is reddish and cannot hold makeup. This was my third time trying after second recovery and down time of two weeks. It makes my skin hypersensitiv so I cannot imagine putting this complex on a skin after procedures. It sets me back for 2 weeks. A nightmare, sadly.

Sadly did not work for me

Sadly did not work for me. I took a chance on this expensive product and ordered it twice for a 12 week period and I saw no new growth. I followed directions to the letter and unfortunately it just did not help.

I had a subscription that I needed to…

I had a subscription that I needed to postpone one month out- from Dec. to Jan. My credit card was charged in Dec. so I did ask for the card to be credited, and then be charged when the items shipped in Jan. I was told that was not possible and it was suggested I cancel the subscription, so I did. Love the product, but not sure why the company could not accommodate.

In this case, the request to postpone the order was made after the subscription order had already been created and your card had been charged, and at that stage the products were already packed and prepared for shipping. Once an order has entered this fulfilment process, we’re unfortunately no longer able to change the delivery date or modify the charge.

However, as an exception in your case, our team was still able to cancel the order and reverse the payment for you, and we were happy to arrange this to help resolve the situation.

For future flexibility, customers can manage their subscriptions directly in their account — including changing the next delivery date or skipping an order — anytime before the order is created for shipping. After the order has been generated, these changes are no longer possible.
