Customer service will ignore you
I ordered a Dr Dabber Switch 2 on Black Friday. The item shipped quickly and arrived the following Thursday. Upon opening I found that the glass induction cup was broken. I opened a ticket with Cali Connected via email and they responded quickly saying they would be shipping out a replacement induction cup.
As soon as I got the shipping email for a replacement, I realized they were sending me the wrong replacement, it would not fit my device. I notified them of this within a few hours of getting the email. Once I notified them of this, the wrong replacement never shipped and they have since ghosted me. I've tried follow up emails and phone calls over the past 8 days, but have not heard back. For me to even use this device, I would have to spend another $40 plus tax and shipping for a replacement induction cup.
I even requested a simple return of the device and refund, yet they will not respond. I have contacted my credit card company to issue a charge back, so I can get my money back and shop elsewhere.
