Nice platform VERY BAD experience analytics don't work and they suddenly block your account without telling you or sending you anything

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR MUSIC DISTRIBUTION. I am an independent musician, and I was recommended to them to distribute my first two albums. I was skeptical at first, when I noticed that all the recent featured artists on their page were Spanish dance pop artists, (I am an African-American R&B artist), but I decided to not really judge that. I took a long time (two full days) to upload all my tracks and album art, and metadata, and distribution preferences (Youtube, Spotify etc.) I waited four days while my music was in submission. I logged into today to check the status of my music, and noticed when I go to their website I see a white error page. I then check my email and noticed I received a puzzling automated/botted message with a bunch of random numbers and letters and an message at the bottom saying "Copy-written material, account banned". All of my music I produced myself, and even if in their opinion they thought my music wasn't produced by me, they could have withheld my submission, and we could have sorted things out. The fact they blocked my account and access to the website is very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It's been 10 months. Accrued royalties have reached the amount available for withdrawal.
After a withdrawal request, the payment was canceled and the account was blocked. I wrote to them by e-mail, contacted them in the chat on the site, left a request for technical support. No answer.
